We needed replacement garage door openers. Ours were very old and would not connect to any remote, nor did they have an external keypad. The new ones are very quiet. They have working openers (small but necessary convienience), and they hook up to wifi so we can open and close doors from an app if we need to. Prices were great. Also they were quick and timely.
The door and installer showed up right at the appointed time. Went to installing very efficiant. Did a great job. Explained about the door how it worked. Picked up and took the old door away. The new door looks great and much easier to open. It opens manually. NHC was very easy to work with and the finished job is beautiful.
While waiting for our new garage door, our old one broke, for the second time. On the first they made a temporary fix however that fix did not last so they came our and fixed the problem for no cost to us. They are skilled and efficient. We have seen several of their people now and they are all courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to their installing a new door for us. We have been very pleased with their service! Today they installed our new insulated garage door with windows. Looks beautiful and works quietly. Very professional installers and cleaned up site.
Phil not only did an excellent job installing my garage door motor, he explained everything in detail. It works perfectly and is smooth and quiet.He was also a very nice and polite young man. Excellent service. From call to finish of job, was less than 2 hours. Wyatt was my tech and he was efficent, knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend, prices were very fair. Repaired sensors and did a tune-up.
Work was done well, and the finished product is even better than we had anticipated! They were also patient with our scheduling issues, as we were out of town a lot and had to clear our entire garage for door install. Competitive pricing, and we know it will last for years...this door replaces one installed by Neumann High Country Doors in the eighties! Everything still worked, but exterior of door was hail damaged. Happy to support a long-standing local business!
Eric and his team are great! Eric arrived on time (he called ahead of time to let us know his ETA). He went over each opener to make sure they were operating properly and made adjustments to the sectional doors where needed. The installer and his helper arrived punctually and assessed the door and the rails. They assessed the space for the center bracket and determined it was insufficient for the installation. They recommended two alternatives and priced them out to us rather than not have a door opener installed at all. He returned to the shop to obtain the parts needed for one of the alternatives and was back within the time frame he stated. The parts were installed, tested and worked! The installation was completed and the door works perfectly. We were pleased with the home show discount and the additional parts were only a $40 increase over the original amount. The installers were professional and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: We met the business at the Home Show in Prescott Valley. We've been looking to purchase a garage door opener and installer. We gave our contact information, were called within 2 days and our appointment was scheduled. We purchased a new garage door opener and installation.
Very, very early on a Wednesday morning (2am), one of the coils on our garage door snapped when my husband pressed the button to raise the door. Later that morning, we called several highly rated garage door repair places (found on Angie's List, of course), and Neumann High Country Door was the only one available to come out that day (or even that week!). Two gentlemen arrived later that day and clamped the broken coil for us until the coils could be replaced on the 24th. They did not charge us anything for their time or for the clamp. Unlike other companies with 24 hour emergency services, they did not charge us anything for an emergency call, either. Mike came out on the 24th and replaced both coils, lubed the whole system, and even replaced the split seal. He completed the job in about an hour. He thoroughly tested the system to make sure the coils held proper tension. My husband and I are pleased as punch with the expeditiousness, professionalism, and quality of work performed by Neumann High Country Door. We will definitely call them again for any of our garage door needs! Services Rendered: First, clamped a broken coil so we could operated the garage door until both coils could be replaced. Second, replaced both coils and then lubed the whole system. Third, replaced split seal on the door.
On his first visit, Joel installed a temporary splint on the broken garage door spring (1 of 2). The house & door are 17 years old so he had to order the new replacement springs (I asked him to replace both springs). Joel arrived today with the 2 new springs and quickly installed them. Then he made sure that both garage doors were properly adjusted, oiled, and in otherwise good working order. This was extra service that I was not expecting but really appreciated. This is the 2nd time Neumann High Country Doors has done work for us. We are completely satisfied with their service. Services Rendered: Replaced two springs on an overhead door for a 2 car garage. Serviced that door and the 1 car garage door.
They are absolutely wonderful. They have done everything they said they would do. We have had no problems. The price was very reasonable. They are delightful people. Services Rendered: They replaced a garage door. They added a motorized mechanism to a RV garage door. They recently repaired a spring temporarily at a rental until parts come in.
Estimate was delivered by email after technician came to the house. The install was done on time and no changes in price. The insulation made all the difference in the world in cooling our garage down. Our door is larger than most and the springs were upgraded to make everything stay running smoothly after the additional weight of the insulation. I would highly recommend and use them again myself.
