Yelp5I was very happy with the service I received from Top Notch. Everything was so easy, from scheduling the work, Vincent the technician arrived on time and work was completed efficiently and with no scratches or grease on my walls. Vincent was very pleasant, professional and conscientious about completing the repair of the broken spring to our satisfaction. I especially liked the fact that they quoted a price for the work and didn't try to tack on additional charges! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Google5Top Notch is exactly it, top notch service, top notch people. They have provided our business a service twice on our roll up doors and Joel has been more incredible then a simple review could purvey. Professional and the job gets done right in Joel's above and beyond nature. If you need to Top Notch they wont let you down.

Yelp5James came out to my home in Quailwood and ws professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door and showed me new doors that were available. My door is 20 years old and I had run into it about 7 years ago so it has a small dent. He explained to me that it has plastic brackets that over time become brittle. I found a door that I absolutely love and will he will be putting it in this summer. James definitely lives up to the company's name he is TOP NOTCH!

Google5I called Joel on a Saturday afternoon when a spring on my garage door broke. He showed up at my house in less than an hour, and he quickly had my garage door back in business. He also took the time to do some maintenance work on the door and the opener. All this in less than two hours from call to finish and for a reasonable price. It's hard to find businesses like this anymore, but this one is the real deal. Highly recommended.

BBB5**** was so helpful on the phone and made it possible for me to get the spring on my garage door replaced on a Saturday at a reasonable price!!!******** arrived promptly within the time frame given and had my garage door repaired, serviced and working better than ever in a very efficient manner. He was friendly and very professional.He also helped me with a problem with the garage door opener remotes and identified 2 reasons and explained clearly why they were not consistently working. I highly recommend TopNotch Garage Doors By Joel and will happily call them again.*********************

Yelp5Thanks to the people on Yelp, we picked the right company. We've been in our new home for almost two years, so I felt it was a good time to have the four garage doors serviced including lubrication, spring and track adjustment. James and Vincent came out and did a great job, adjusting the tracks on the doors as needed, and tightening the spring on one, checking motors for lubrication, and lubricating tracks, rollers, hinges and chain. They also secured the sensors better at the bottoms of the doors to make sure we have no trouble with them. I felt the price was very fair: two guys and we live 40 minutes from Prescott Valley. Well done! Thanks!

Google5I love using a small family owned business. Their reputation is everything. Joel is easy to work with, and I've never seen him try to gouge for service calls. So much more reliable and reasonable than the big-name companies. I've had him do work on my house and our rental units. He's the only one I'll call.

Google5They were quick to respond, reasonably priced, very professional, and did great work. The tech took the time to explain to me why he unfortunately couldn't fix our 25 year old opener. He gave me a range of options to choose from and even helped me set up the new one to work with my phone. The new one works so well I'm glad the old one broke.

Yelp5Thank you Jonathan. My garage door wasn't working properly and luckily my son was able to fix it. I called Top Notch, who repaired the door previously, just to make sure it was fixed properly. Jonathan gave it a small adjustment and didn't charge me because it was working fine. Great company and wonderful customer care.

Google5We had Top Notch replace our extremely outdated and unsafe garage door from the 70's. The work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. We also had them replace 2 garage door openers while there. We had a small problem with one being hard wired, so they had to make a second trip. We are very happy, and we look forward to having the second door replaced soon.

Yelp5Quality & Professional!! Our contractor originally hired them to put in our door and opener. Due to NO FAULT of theirs (they didn't install the wiring), a short occurred in the wiring causing the switch to quit on the wall after 90 days. They replaced the lift unit thinking that was where the problem was and everything worked again, but only for 3 days. The owner, Josh came out and located the pinched wires, then fixed the problem!! I couldn't ask for nicer employees and a very understanding business owner!! Hopefully no more problems, but if there is, I feel very comfortable calling this company to make the repairs and very comfortable recommending them. THANKS!!!

Google5Joel is one of the most knowable garage door techs in the state. I was been in the trade for 30+ years and he impressed me. I will only use his company and suggest you do as will if you want good service at a fair price.

Scheduled, communicated effectively, showed up, had the most knowledge of the issue, didn't dupe me. Great company. Will call again and recommend!

Yelp5I am so pleased! Came home late last night to find my garage door malfunctioning. I had to crawl under the space in the door to let myself in. Tried to troubleshoot on my own and just made it worse. Now my car is trapped inside my garage and the door is off the tracks. YAY ME! I called and left a voicemail at 11:30pm and Joel called me first thing in the morning. He got here right away and replaced both cables and the torsion spring. He also lubricated every facet of the door. He is a courteous person, kind and patient with my questions. I highly recommend! This is something you only encounter once in twenty years and you want it done right, Joel knows what he is doing. You'll be in good hands.

BBB5I recently contacted this company thinking I was going to have to replace my garage door, if not the whole system. It would open open but when trying to close it, it would stop as if there was something in the way. It turned out the sun was hitting the laser the wrong way. The owner himself, ****, came and swapped "eyes". He simply put them on the opposite sides and my garage door has worked perfectly ever since. Because I didn't need any parts, he didn't charge me a cent, just called it an estimate. If I ever do need any parts or to replace my garage door system I will definitely call this company. One more reason to shop local.

Google5We are a large fabricating facility with 15 commercial garage doors, that are constantly being opened and closed and run into with forklifts, through out the years Joel has installed and repaired every single one of them. AS much of a bummer it is when one of our doors gets ran into and damaged, its never been a worry because we knew who to call! Understanding are production schedule Joel has at times squeezed us in to his schedule and even came after hrs to get our doors back in operation. Joel Really knows his stuff and has always been very informative of what he was doing, and at the same time getting the job done in a very timely manner!! He's even gone as far as taking the time and teaching us some basic maintenance tricks to try and prevent future problems. Joel and Jen are a pleasure to work with and we will continue using them for all of our door needs!! Thanks Guys!! Keep up the Good work!!
