We had another garage company come out that said we needed to fully replace the opener for $800. We called Powell for a second opinion and they had our opener fixed in 15 minutes for $75 dollars. 10/10 would recommend them!

We got a recommendation for Powell Garage Doors from a neighbor after we received a quote from another company that felt ridiculous. Powell charged us a third of what the other company quoted us for the same repair with a better product. Definitely recommend.
We've had Powell work on our garage door a few times over the years. Most recently - a new opener system a few weeks ago. I had some questions and Chris came out to look, advise on why it was doing-what-it-was-doing, talking through some options. As part of it, he noticed a piece on the door spring that was broken. Although I was fairly sure Powell had done the prior repair, I wasn't totally sure and didn't have any proof of it - it had been a few years ago. I was surprised - maybe because of how rare this seems - that Chris called later and said he had taken care of the fix, and he wasn't worried about figuring out if it was them or someone else who had done the prior work. I know that cost Chris some time and some $$ as well - but it was an amazing level of customer service and not only will I keep coming back to Powell, but they'll be the first I'll ever recommend for friends and family. Super impressed.
These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! I called them when I broke a sling on a Holliday and they where at my house in 5 min. They had me all fixed up in less that 30 min. The work was amazing and they even adjusted it perfectly. My garage door is so quiet and work flawlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a garage door fixed or replace!! Powell did a great job for us on short notice. They were able to work us into their schedule when we needed an emergency repair on our condo's garage door, and they got the job done on the same day. I called and asked for a bid to remove and replace my orignal wood garage door from the late 70's. Chris came out the next day. Very informative. Ordering and installation was fast. And a decent price too. Have already recommended to several people.
