Second time we have had Jacob out. This time it was a popped circuit and something I should have troubleshot better on my end. No need to ever go elsewhere. Jacob is fantastic. Great service and just great all around guy. So glad we found him.
Jacob came out immediately and fixed our garage door. He also educated me on how I can keep my door maintained year to year on on my own. He was very professional and finished the work quickly. My door opens much better now. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Specialized Garage Doors.
In my attempt to be handy this morning, I totally messed up my garage door motor. Luckily, the previous owners had the forethought to place a sticker for Specialized on the motor housing. I called them and explained my situation. They had a tech call me back a few hours later and walk me through a 3 minute process or realigning everything and getting me back on track! He was so patient and kind with me as he walked me through the process. You can bet I'm going to call this company again in the future before messing with things myself again. Thank you!!

Jacob came to our scheduled appointment, he was really friendly and professional. He was able to get our garage door up and running in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Jacob showed up within 3 hours of my call, on a Saturday. A wheel had come off the track and the cables on the left side were jammed. He had it fixed in half an hour. He's super friendly-we will definitely call him again if needed.
Jake at Specialized Garage Door was great to work with. I had an emergency as I couldn't get our door to close. He found a way to squeeze me into his schedule and once at my home had it all fixed and operating quickly in less than an hour. Whenever I need assistance on our garage door, I'm definitely calling Specialized.

Gave me a lot of good advice & best of all didn't try to "upsell" me on anything. Had the door repaired within the hour, when I was expecting him to have to come back again. Called and scheduled an appointment. Waited for them all day, and they never showed. Called the next day to see what happened, "oh...we were too busy on another job... We tried to call (no messages)...soooorry..." Okay, then come out tomorrow. They showed up, this time and handed me an incredibly overpriced invoice: $30, just to show up. $180 to replace a $20 bearing, and $130 to replace a $25 cable. $369 later, I have a new cable and bearing. Called them initially because our last experience with them was decent and they plastered their stickers all over our garage. Not going to use them again, and posting this here to save others unnecessary strife.
The garage door at my sister's house broke down while I was staying there and I'm so glad I called Specialized. Jake came out quickly that day and replaced the drive gear on the opener. He knew exactly what to do, finished in no time and didn't charge for unnecessary work. Definitely recommend Specialized Garage Doors!
