Yelp5My garage door suddenly wouldn't close. Wagner was able to come out the same day and in a few minutes was able to fix the spring and get things working again. He was prompt, quick, super honest and easy to deal with. He only charged me the diagnostic fee which was extremely reasonable.

Google5If I could leave more stars I would. Richard is far more impressive than other companies that I have left 5 stars for. I had a spring break on my garage in the middle of winter with a whole week worth of snow forecasted. I was kind of bummed since I knew I'd be parking outside for at least a week or two while I waited for an appointment from someone. Richard answered his phone at 9:00 AM, showed up to my house by 9:30 AM and had my door fixed by 10:00 AM. Then he tried to give me a $25.00 discount off his quoted price since it was "closer and easier than expected." I gave that money plus a bit more right back to him as a tip. Can't say enough.

Google5I shopped and they were among the lowest price but what made the difference is he said he could have it installed that same day. So I pulled the trigger. Then I had an issue a couple weeks later. I called and he was back onsite within a couple hours and fine tuned the install a bit an charged me nothing. What kind of service after the sale is where you can tell who really stands behind their work. Super job! That is how you win customers for life!

Google5These guys were fantastic and saved the day! We had our garage door for our business break trapping 2 of our work vehicles in our garage. Wagner came in on a weekend and saved the day! They were professional, hard working, fast, fair priced, and did excellent work. Highly recommend! Thank you again for your help!

Google4I was very appreciative of how quickly Richard was able to come out and replace a sprocket on our motor. He took about 20 minutes and we were as good as new. Price was a little higher than I anticipated but I was OK with it because of how last minute I needed help. The one thing I absolutely didn't appreciate was Richard leaving a non-removable sticker on my garage door without asking. I get that you want to leave a calling cards of sorts but I don't like where the sticker was placed or that it was placed without permission or that it'snl not able to be removed easily. I would have preferred a business card or a magnet. I'd still recommend him but in the future would kindly ask to be given the sticker myself and not find it randomly placed on my garage door.

Google5Pricing was up front, service and job quality were flawless. Replacement of our garage door opener from chain to belt drive was perfect and done quickly. Honestly shocked by how quick it was done. Kind of a shame it was done so well because we'd love to work with him again!

Google5I had my garage door break on New Years Eve (awesome timing) and another company sent someone to quote me a repair. The price given seemed steep and I thankfully had a second opinion from Richard. He returned my call and came to fix my garage all within about 60 minutes and charged me half the price of the first company. He was efficient, honest, and did great work. I highly recommend. This guy does quality work and is honest which is all you can ask for.

Google5Called owner the day before the holiday while we were out of town. Very trustworthy and straight forward about switching out our system with the external springs. He made time to replace our springs and came over that morning. Communication was very smooth and workmanship was outstanding. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Wagner. Not too many people can say they have a 5 star rating

Google5Where do I start? My 16 by 18 foot door came off the track. I went to get parts and ask the place if they knew anyone that can help me fix my garage. The place I was at was out till the end of Feb. one of the employees said use Wagner the owner is here picking up parts. I talked with Richard and he said he could do it on his was home. This is a huge RV garage. He beat me home, started fixing the issues. He had parts and the knowledge to get this huge job done. Then I said how much? When he told me I paid him or tipped him an extra 20 due to his price was way lower than I was thinking I was going to have to pay. Use Wagner's or your getting the 2nd best. I glad you put your phone number sticker on the door. I will always use you and tell my friends.

Yelp5The best garage sevices out there. Richard is very quick and attenative. I called at 7pm and actually got an answer. He was out the very next morning at 8 am to fix a broken spring on our door. They were VERY fast and thorough. I've actually used them before for cable replacement and have had excellent service each time. I would not use anyone else.

Yelp5This company was amazing! Customer service was beyond excellent. They were quick to answer phone calls, text messages and any questions I had. I have had several companies come out to my house to give me bids to repair my garage door and all of them were between $700-$1950. They were able to repair my existing garage door well below those price quotes. I was so impressed with the quality of service. It is so nice to see a family owned and operating company. My kids were running around crazy and talking with them and they were so patient and kind. They are definitely a company I will be calling again for future needs and will refer any family and friends to them with out hesitation.

Yelp3I had Wagner Garage Doors install a opener in my third car garage in the fall of 2017. On February 27th, he came to my home to reset the machine because the door would not close. It would pop right back up when it hit the floor. It worked fine for a few days and then the same problem happened. I called him back, but he never responded. I continued to call and text him at least once a week for the next 45 days. Not once did he call or text me back. I even had my cousin, who referred him to me, call. He answered for my cousin, who he does business with, but not me. He said he had been very busy and that's why he didn't respond. Really? So busy that it was impossible to pick up the phone or text a customer to tell them you got their message and you would fix their faulty garage door? Since I have not been contacted to this day and it has been almost 2 months, I was left with no choice but to call another garage door company and pay $100 to repair so my car would not be left outside in Utah's unpredictable spring weather, even though I had already paid Wager hundreds of dollars to install a unit that was still under warranty and shouldn't have cost me a dime. **Update - Mr. Wagner came to my home and sincerely apologized for everything. He also reimbursed me what I had to pay for a repair with the other company. I accepted his apology and wished him the best. I really appreciated him coming to my home and apologizing. For that, I increased my rating from 1 star to 3.

Yelp2Richard was very responsive at first. He came and diagnosed a busted garage door the same day that I called, and then offered some creative solutions for a replacement that would match the HOA guidelines. He gave me a quote, I gave him the green light. Then the weekend hit. Then Monday. Then Tuesday. I texted and called repeatedly, and got no response. I guess if you're timing is good you'll have a great experience. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yelp5It's so hard to find good help around the house, garage, and yard these days. I'm glad I found these guys. They came and replaced a broken spring in my door and I could tell they were trustworthy by how they talked and interacted with me. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward. They even came on short notice since the garage door was out of commission. Great work guys! Thanks!
