Google5COS Joseph G (Lil' Joe) was the installer when we originally replaced our old garage doors (A1 Garage Door Specialist was their name then). Then when we had the maintenance done he was our tech again. It was nice to see a familiar face. Joe was very thorough, adding screws to our door seal that had pulled lose when it got frozen on the floor in the winter. He ensured all the bolts were tight, lubricated all moving parts, made tweaks at the curves in the rails which makes the door roll easily around the corners. Joe explained how the springs lose tension over time when a door is used a lot so he adjusted both doors so there is not much weight on them which helps the openers running smoothly and last longer. We had one bulb burned out up on the opener housing. We had 4 new 60W bulbs so he replaced them for us. He was efficient, helpful and friendly. We really appreciate Joe's quality service and Don's Garage Doors has an excellent employee representing their company. Thank you! See you next year!

Google5Alex was very polite and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and how long he would take to arrive. He took the time to do and assessment, gave quotes and options. Was very quick and efficient with his work. Cleaned up after himself. Thanked me for the work . I'm very happy with his work and would recommend your company. He was done way before my time block expired so I was very happy that I could carry on with my day. Thank you much.

Google5Great, timely service by an excellent technician. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and Cody made sure I understood the process and all of my options. Give Don's a call if you need work done on your garage door. Two thumbs up.

Google5Joey did a good job and I was even able to get his services on a weekend. Joey went through the process of trying to fix my existing equipment with like equipment, but it did not work. Joey went the extra mile and fixed my door with what probably should have been there in the first place. He even came back to fix a minor noise in the door. I highly recommend Joey of Don's Garage Doors.

Google5Expect to pay a bit more - but the level of service and technical expertise is well worth it. Joey replaced a broken spring and then made the door function better than the "other" guys that replaced the previous broken spring. Unlike the experience with the other guys, I have full confidence in this repair and actually learned some things from Joey - top notch tech, salesman and does quality work. Excellent company to deal with - the front office was pleasant and efficient- makes all the difference in the world when you get exceptional service.

Google5Joey did a fantastic job. He was friendly, on-time and very personable. He fixed the job he was commissioned to do and while inspecting his finished work noticed another issue which he was able to fix before he left. I highly recommend this company and Joey for the high quality work they do.

Google5Joseph was really friendly and helpful, he didn't mind explaining things as he worked. Our garage door came off the track late in the afternoon and he was willing to stay later in the evening to take care of everything. Even replaced the spring for us, that had came off.
