Google5I had problems with my garage door and called in a panic to try to get it fixed same day. I couldn't believe how easy it was- Kim made me feel at ease and sent a team out immediately! For sure the best garage door company around, thank you Prutchs!!!

Google5I have used this business for many years both in personal and business. First doors in 1999 and most recent 11/2023 The service is prompt every time and the customer response if something goes wrong (older doors) is absolutely the best. Very professional removal and installation.

Yelp5These guys were fantastic. I was able to call on a Monday and was told they will call when they are coming out. Didn't get the call and they showed up yesterday. The guy apologized and I was lucky that I was home. Both technicians were friendly and asked a few questions about the garage door for clarification. They worked on the door for maybe 45 minutes and tested the door afterwards several times. They did have me out to show me what was wrong and then demonstrated the working operation of the door. I liked how he showed me the piece that wasn't working and told me to hang onto it as it has the manufacturer number and in case they need to come back. They have a 6 month warranty on the pieces. I'm so happy they didn't guess what was wrong instead they diagnosed and made a confident solution. And the fact they carry small pieces like the one I needed on the truck already. Recommended? Absolutely. They are the only company from here on out I'm going to call to fix the door if it stops working again. And I'm going to spread the word to other people to give them a call first. Well done Prutch's!!

Yelp5I woke up on Friday morning and needed to roll my trash can out to my driveway. Guess What? The garage door would only go up a couple feet! Oh My! I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment scheduled and needed to get my car out. I called Adriane at Prutch's and asked if someone could get to my house by noon or so. Guess what at 12:30 p.m. Jerry arrived. Found the problem, had the part in his truck, stayed and fixed the door! I had plenty of time to meet my 2:00 p.m. appointment. Now that's what I call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Other business' would due well to pay attention to this!!

Yelp5GREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY I can not say enough good things! From the office staff to the installer all are top quality professionals! Customer service is top notch friendly, fast, efficient. Our situation was unique, we were having our garage door repaired and paid for with escrow money from the recent purchase of our home. They came out, did the work and sent invoice to our lender for payment! I hate to mention competitors names, it isn't hard to figure out, as another reviewer did mention them, but I called them first, they came and gave an estimate, then when we called them to come do the work, they were so rude, it almost felt like we were bothering the man (Troy) or (Tony) something like that when we called! I MADE ONE CALL TO Prutch's and they 100 percent had our back! CALL THEM for all your garage door needs! You will be glad you did!

Yelp5Awesome service from Randy and the gal who answers the phone. Much better than the service we received from Overhead Door - these guys get it right the first time. Highly recommended!
