Google5We worked with Brent Johnson and the entire experience was outstanding. My wife and I are replacing all the windows and sliding glass door in the sunroom and Brent answered all of our questions and made the purchase less stressful. Great experience!

Google5Brent was great to work with. He Took the time to explain things, called during the install and after to make sure everything was going good. The crew that installed the windows were courteous, meticulous, and took great care to do a great job of the install as well as the clean up

Google5The Pella windows and doors we've had installed have made valuable differences in the heating, cooling, and soundproofing of our home. Salesman Tom B. and any crew he sent to our home were professional, timely, and tidy. Because we've been so impressed with River City Pella and the quality of their products we just ordered 6 more windows. Can't wait for our new 3-paned bow window!!!

He answered all of our questions and let us explore all of our options to get the best price/quality to fit our needs. He demonstrated how the windows work and was very knowledgeable on the products.

Google5My wife and I needed to replace our patio door and garage window. Brenton Johnson was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and dealt patiently with all our questions. We arrived at a fair price and scheduled a delivery date. The date was moved up a little (which was fine with us). The subcontractor (Source Construction Services) was polite, efficient and cleaned up after the job was finished. I've got nothing but good to say about the installation job they did. The quality of the patio doors and window was outstanding. Definitely will want them when getting our other windows replaced.

Google5I have worked with Pella at least three times over the last 45 years, the latest this past October/November. Each time I have been very satisfied with both the quality of their products and their workmanship. I was particularly happy and satisfied working with Brice McPherson the sales rep. He was always there when I needed questions and or advise. I would recommend both Pella and Brice to anyone looking for windows and doors, new or replacements. Lorin Soyke Moline, Illinois

Google5I've worked with Greg Letvin for about 15 years. Greg has always been there for us. Whether we are building a new home, doing some custom or a challenging job, he always comes through. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the product, Greg's knowledge and experience, all the way to the friendly customer service. We always get a courteous call from Casey Hopping to help us set up deliveries at our convenience. We end with an efficient delivery...usually from Mark, who is always having a great day. We always recommend Pella. First class operation.
