Jaqwuan did an absolute awesome job with this install, although it was time consuming (5 hours) because he was the Only technician sent to do the job. The original site survey tech said that a "Crew" would come out to do the job in usually 2 hours. For safety sake please double up your crews at minimum to ensure there are no heat stress events

Go with someone else. I had an appointment scheduled for Feb 2 and no one showed. I called all their numbers, sent text, and emailed, and still received no response. To this date, no one has made contact with me. Unbelievable.

After doing some research, we found the rates for All About Garage Doors to be more reasonable than others in Raleigh. It took them a few days to get a tech out to the house, but he made the repairs in about an hour. It's been a little over a month and we haven't had any issues with the work. Services Rendered: Replacement of broken torsion spring and drum cable on a two-car residential garage door. Cost breakdown: Spring: $65, Cable: $20, Labor: $85 (flat fee per visit), Tax: $11.

Technician came at scheduled time, and pre-called to confirm. Did quick evaluation of door and problems. Said we needed a new drive sprocket for our Wayne-Dalton garage door. They did the tune-up and changed the rollers and lubricated everything, but said they couldn't get the repair part for our brand of door opener. Technician said they handle Lift-Master...??? Services Rendered: Garage door needed new rollers, tuneup, and potential repair as the door would intermittently stop when going up or going down.

I called and they said they could come out the same day...gave me an estimated time...I had to call back several times to get updates on when they would be able to come...Really the office should of called me. However, she was very polite and they had a project that ran way longer than expected. They were willing to come later in the evening or the next morning...I choose the next morning. The gentleman came on time and explained what was wrong with the garage door and gave me options...he was respectful of our home having to walk through to the garage with tools, leaving the garage area clean when he was done. The project took approximately an hour. I will call this company again as needed. Services Rendered: Replaced spring on garage door.
