Excellent! Spring on door broke in middle of the night. Called All American & a professional, polite lady answered the phone. Upon explaining I had Dr. Appointment, she expedited the request. Technician (Justin) was at house in 17 minutes from phone call. Completely repaired in < 1 hour. Replaced springs & all moving parts. Door now sounds smooth & quiet! Technician said they're available 24/7.
Brian and team were great to work with. The day before Thanksgiving someone drove through our garage door. Needing to get car out, Brian was able to fit me into schedule and was there within a few hours. Very professional, responsive to communication and overall great experience. When the door panels came in the replacement was just as smooth. Would highly recommend.
Brian & Trevor at All American Overhead Garage Door were awesome! Brian was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, stopped by my home to assess the situation and provide a temporary fix until the next day when he sent Trevor for the real work that needed to be done. Called one day, immediate response same day. Showed up to perform work next day. Very quick and reasonably service. Although I maintained the door mechanisms yearly, the technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, advised me of my maintenance mistakes, instructed me on the proper maintenance procedures, and now the garage door is working properly. Technician replaced metal rollers with nylon rollers and we can already hear and see the difference. Fantastic work!

I called, set up appointment, according to my schedule. I received two texts, one with the appointment date and the next one on the day that the tech was coming out. Justin Kennedy was my tech. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, a true professional. I had a lot of questions, and he answered them graciously, and as though he had all the time in the world. He explained to me the inner workings of a garage door in layman's terms. Showed me the app. He checked my entire door, double checked and lubricated the springs and hinges. Justin performed all the required yearly maintenance. Great guy!
If you need your garage door repaired, look no further. We had our garage door unexpectedly breakdown late on a Saturday night. Totally unable to close the door. I called All American and they said they could send someone out that night to help. Jason showed up promptly an hour later to assess the situation. I truly thought there was no fixing the problem and that they'd have to come back for a repair. Not only we're they able to get the door closed but it was fully repaired two hours later. Jason was very thorough and explained everything prior to getting to work. He had all of the parts needed for the job and worked efficiently, as well as around my car with care (which was stuck in the garage at the time.) The final total was right where I was quoted and the peace of mind to have a closed and working garage door that night was priceless. I can't say enough good things about this company. While I hope to never need them again I'd absolutely hire them back in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again All American Overhead Garage!

All-American Garage Door was terrific. They called within an hour of me posting the job and did the estimate for free. I needed all the wires and springs replaced on my 20 year old garage doors. They set an appointment for the best afternoon and arrived in time. The work was complete in a few hours. Everything besides the actual doors and openers was replaced. I reached out to American Overhead Garage Door as their overwhelming 5-star reviews for Brian outshine the rest. I called and he picked up right away. As a sale rep I recognize this level of responsiveness. Even though I am a little far away for a minor issue (Greensboro) he went out of his way to help me! Brian told me it was sensors and offered to help me with them. When I reached back out the next day he sent me a link to Lowe’s and advised that we can likely do it ourselves (my husband has willingly taken on this task). In my opinion this level of passion for the work, commitment to excellence, sense of urgency and kindness is virtually unheard of these days. Easy to see why All American has such good reviews: Brian gave me a great price without any haggling or up-selling. Joey the installer did a thorough job; explaining everything he did and why. He handled the huge door panels by himself; had the entire job done in under four hours. He refused to leave until every hinge was lubricated and every fingerprint was wiped away. Sorry I waited so long to replace my door: the new opener is so quiet and it has a smartphone app to open and close the door. Highly recommended!!! What an exceptional experience! Both my neighbor and myself (residents of Apex) vetted several other companies but this company, in the end, met all of our needs. Brian was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He worked quickly and explained each procedure to me. He offered some options for improvement of my system, but did not pressure me at all, which I appreciated. The garage door works better than it ever has and I appreciate Brian's prompt and efficient service. I believe that his prices for the parts, the repair, the remote, and the service call are fair. Services Rendered: The garage door cables came off track due to an error on my part. A section of one track was bent in a a place or two. The garage door would not close, so my garage and contents were completely exposed. I called All American and Brian quickly returned my call and was at my house in less than an hour. He straightened the bent track, restored the cables to the proper working order, replaced the worn rollers with larger, better quality rollers at my request, and completed routine maintenance on the garage door, which had never been done before. He also anchored one of the ceiling supports to a stud, for better security. I also purchased a remote from him, which I had never had.
