Gordon and Coleman were great to work with for my uncommon situation. I was looking to protect storage from thieves, but also from anyone I might give access to my house while I'm away. I thought I'd need a much more expensive kind of lock, but they saved me money by relocating the wall remote and replacing the existing trolley lock (builders didn't give me a key).
They visited twice because of a misunderstanding about what I wanted, but only charged me once. They also reprogrammed all my remotes, the door keypad, and my car's Homelink, so only I'd have access to the extra storage. They let me take video of the process so I could redo it myself if needed, and they asked for permission to place a service sticker on the wall. Also, because we were having a hard time coordinating, they kindly booked via my calendar link to set up a service visit.
