Google5I called yesterday to see if they could send someone out to replace my garage door. It was stuck halfway open, bent, off the tracks, etc. I just assumed it was only fit for the garbage. They had someone out this morning to give us an estimate. He thought it could actually be fixed!!!! He had a repair person out in about an hour. The fee to fix the door was beyond reasonable and they did a great job. (They will still give me an estimate to replace the door, but I was thrilled that they gave us this option to save us money.) It's so heartwarming to have a local company looking out for its customers and not just doing what will get them the most money.

Google5Matt did an outstanding job repairing my garage door that had broken mounting bracket to the opener and bent the door in two places. He also installed a bar to keep the door in place and run smoothly. Great job and very fair price!

Google5I purchased a new LiftMaster garage door opener with 3 remotes and keypad from Grand Openings. Mike and his team are great to deal with and answered all of my questions. Matt did a terrific job on the install and assisted me with programming the keypad and WiFi. This is the third time I've used Grand Openings. Always an awesome experience! Thanks guys!

Google4They came very highly recommended. Great service, very friendly. I called because one of the springs on my garage door snapped, and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. He said he would find a way to send someone out that day if it was an emergency. We had another car available, so I told him that it wasn't. He sent someone the next day. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He made the repair quickly, and my garage door worked great now. I thought the price was fair and I also highly recommend them.

Google5Excellent Service and Great Price Our garage door cable broke and the side rail on one side bent. I called Grand Openings and within one hour Mike came and fixed the cable and the rail. Mike was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Openings to anyone. Grand Openings and Mike are now in our list of excellent repair companies.

Google5We just had a great experience with Grand Openings Garage Door. We had a spring break on our garage door yesterday. Less than 24 hours after reaching out, a technician was at our house to repair it. Matt was friendly and skilled. He fixed it within 30 minutes. Yelp5I called Grand Openings Garage Door and spoke with Keith, he was absolutely amazing! He told me what he normally charges and I knew he was being honest! They came out the same day and replaced our 12 year old garage door spring system at the exact price he quoted me on the phone it took less than an hour and the 2 guys were very knowledgeable and polite. I will now recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!! Thank you Keith!! It's so nice to know there are honest companies out there!

He called back in 5 minutes and provided a quote based on the photograph I texted. They came the next morning and completed the job in 45 minutes for the exact price quoted. Yelp5Absolutely the best service. They responded very quick and took care of an issue with my torsion springs. Spring system was installed by another company and was making a lot of noise. The original company came back to look at it and wanted to charge me again. They wanted to charge me more than the initial installation. (system was installed less than 3 months ago). They could not figure out the issue, so I called Grand Openings Garage Door company. The Tech's came out the same day and within 10 minutes took care of the problem. They did NOT try to sell me anything more, they just corrected the mistakes from the other installer. I should state that the other installer was Neighborhood Garage Door Service. DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Yelp5Great experience. Very honest place. Had a different garage door service come out and they said the door was "not fixable". Called Grand Openings for a price on a new door and they told me they were pretty sure no issue to fix existing door. They came out next work day and fixed it in less than 30 min at a very fair price. When I do need a door I will definitely be calling this place.

Angi5The garage doors I had in my house were original to the home (25+ years old), loud, half-broken, and rotting. They needed replacement badly. After getting quotes from multiple garage door companies in the area, I went with Grand Openings, and I am SO glad I did. The doors are high quality and look WONDERFUL. The motors are SO quiet. They whole setup is gorgeous and immediately improved the look and curb appeal of my home, as well as the general quality of life due to noise and usability. Mike, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and direct, and gave me feedback and suggestions during our consultation on my ideas for black garage doors. Cole, our installer, was fantastic and so professional and capable; the entire job got done in a day. Thank you SO MUCH to Mike and his team. Angi5Matthew showed up on time and made quick work of the install. From start to finish, it took him roughly 45 minutes. I saw no signs of trash after the install and he took the old unit away. He knows what he's doing and would highly recommend. They charged $125 after the Angie's List discount and it was WELL worth the money. We had them install a Chamberlain belt drive opener (model# B503C). Services Rendered: Replaced old garage door opener

Yelp5I sent an email on a Friday through the website asking for a quote. Mike messaged me back and asked me to send pictures through email or text and he could get me the quote. I didn't send the pictures until Sunday afternoon and Mike was kind enough to get back to me with a quote Sunday evening with availability the following day. Mike sent out Matt who determined I was going to need a much bigger spring than expected. They had to come back the next day with the correct size. Mike honored the quote even though they had to come out twice and install a much larger spring. They also "winterized" the door at no extra charge. I would certainly call them again!

I contacted Mike and he was able to come over within 2 hours of the call and used his many years of expertise with garage door mechanism to efficiently make the repairs and properly adjust the door. Yelp5I called Grand Openings to fix the broken torsion spring on my garage door. Mike answered the phone when I called and we set up an appointment for today. He came on time and had everything fixed in short order. My door wound up being a bit of a pain to level out and I really appreciated him spending the extra time to fix that, lube all of the hinges springs and rollers, and even re-align one of the tracks for me that was rubbing on the door. Now my door opens easily and quietly, and seals nice and tight when it is closed. Give them a call!
