My property manager hired them to fix our garage door! The promptly called to schedule a same day fix. Showed up on time and quickly fixed the problem, did some maintenance work, and replaced a cracked hinge that I didn't noticed before. He also recommended/ informed me on what we should do to help prolong the garage door. Definitely recommend using this company

I was putting shelving above my garage door, and my wife came home and opened the door, and it destroyed our garage door. I was yelling at her, she was crying in the corner thinking she just wiped out our emergency fund. Well I I found my original company only advertising 24/7 but his guys couldnt be out till the next day, so I called greenlight doors, he said he was on his way. And 15 minutes out. Well all of a sudden my original company could now make it out to help me close it. So just as I was about to waive greenlight off he was in my driveway. Took a look my situation. Fearing the worst, I asked so is it ruined? It Christmas over for us? He said no, not ruined, Christmas is still in good shape. 45 minutes later he fixed it, tuned it up and fixed the lights in it too. I asked him what I owed him, he told me. I almost busted out laughing. Added money to his bill and asked for business cards. He is the man. And didnt mind at all that I watched him work. Very methodical, very well experienced. Priced so competitively. The other guy said dont call him again. Oh well. Greenlight is my guy from now on. Could not say enough nice things about him.
Our garage door opener was malfunctioning to where the door would only open about an inch. Called Greenlight Door Company for repairs and was able to quickly set up a convenient appointment. We wound up having a broken spring and got replacements installed. Rick also did a check over the rest of the system and found some other issues, which we also had addressed at this time. Rick kept me informed about progress throughout the service call. He explained and showed me the problems and answered all my questions. I will call him again with any future issues and would definitely recommend his company!
I had issues with my garage door and Rick returned my call quickly and even came out on a Sunday evening to fix my garage door because it would not close. He was very professional and did great work. He could have sold me parts that I didn't need because I was desperate to get it fixed but he didn't. I would highly recommend GreenLight Door Company.
I cannot say enough about the service I received from Rick and GreenLight Overhead Door. My garage door failed on Saturday and my car was trapped inside. I called GreenLight and Rick arrived within 30 minutes - ON A SATURDAY! He quickly figured out the problem and gave me my options. I decided to go ahead and replace the garage door opener and he agreed to come back on Sunday to do the work. He did a great job! Excellent work and excellent customer service! Greenlight Overhead Door was able to get out to diagnose and fix our problem immediately. Rick thoroughly explained what was causing our problem, and was able to fix it that day. The job was done very quickly and our new motor works great and is SUPER quiet. Importantly, the cost was very reasonable. He also then was able to set up a keypad entry to the garage and re-program the HomeLink system in our cars. We would not hesitate to use this company for all our garage door needs!
