Google5I called on a weekend thinking that I'd need to setup an appointment like with other companies. Cameron came by and fixed my garage door on his way home that day. He was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Door Service!

Google5Cameron was very professional! He has a wonderful personality, and goes out of his way to make sure he does quality work, and great customer service! When we had a couple problems after he left, he came out the very next day, fixed it right up at no extra cost. Will be using Door Service from now on.

Google5Cameron was the most accommodating (came on a Saturday when I was done running my errands), polite and respectful businessman that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was honest and didn't try to scheme us into something we didn't need. He also took care of a few extra things with no charge and didn't charge weekend or after hours cost. When I run into my next issue with my garage I will call him and no one else. He, hands down, has my recommendation. Thank you so much Cameron!!

Google5One of the torsion springs of our garage door snapped and despite a late morning call to Cameron, he made it over to replace and even upgrade the torsion springs that same day. He also adjusted the garage door track and frame and performed preventative maintenance. All services completed in under one hour. I put in a request to Cameron's competitor (One of the oldest garage door repair services in the local market) prior to contacting him, and prior to writing this review I have yet to hear from them! He provided professional, courteous, and quality work. I would recommend him any day!

Google5Cameron did an awesome job with my garage door and his customer service was some of the best I have ever had! He got here within an hour of me calling and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. I called back for a separate issue about a week later and he, once again, got here very quickly and the problem was really minor so he didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend calling Door Service for any garage maintenance that you need. Also, have preventative maintenance done so you don't have any major failures like I did!

Google5I had an emergency with my garage door. The overhead coil spring broke on the coldest night of the year. I called Cameron at 9 in the morning and he was there by 12:30 the same day. Other companies in town told me over a week. Very reasonable prices - about half of the competition. Also gave a 5 year warranty on the springs.

Google5I hired Cameron to fix the garage door on my rental house. He repaired it the same day that I called him and saved me money compared to the other local companies. He also went above and beyond when he stopped by my home to do a small repair and adjustment on my garage door. He was very professional, very prompt, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend Cameron and Door Service!!

Google4I had Cameron install a 16x7 door on a pretty old and shifty garage in my back yard in central Rapid. Due to the dual track low-overhead layout and a garage that is anything but square, the job took a bit longer than originally thought, but he generally handled it well. I went with this company because they were cheaper than the alternatives here in the Black Hills, and I'm glad that the original quote was about what I thought and remained competitive. Cameron is particularly responsive to communication, and he made good on his 30 day labor warranty when the door needed some minor adjusting within the 30 days of original installation.
