RIGHTEOUS Indeed! & AWESOME! & HONEST! Garage door opener was unpredictable&unreliable. Would be fine for a week &then refuse to fully close for a week... then would decide to work perfectly again for a few days... then weirdly would only go down in 2 foot increments... FRUSTRATING! Travis quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. A badly wired connection on one of the sensors was most likely to blame. He asked me to keep an eye on it, but we both agreed that this bad wire connection was probably the cause. He also took the time to lubricate the vital parts of my door&opener. When I tried to pay Travis for his excellent service today, he refused to accept any payment. He said it was too easy because he only had to connect 2 wires and he wasn't going to charge me for that. I tried again to insist that I pay him something, but he wouldn't have it. I still feel guilty. The dude drives all the way up to Deadwood and spent 30 minutes working on my stuff but won't let me pay him. While I dont want my opener to have any more problems, I will not mind at all if I need to call Travis again ... and maybe actually pay him next time! Hire Travis. You won't regret it.
