Google5100% recommend these guys!! Very friendly amazing people! Our garage door broke and they got someone to come take a look at it very quickly, so glad we didn't have to wait weeks for somwonw to come out..once they came and looked at our door they got it fixed right up for us!

Google5Had a really bad hanging garage door and upon contacting Rushmore Garage Repair I was greeted by a kind representative who was knowledgeable and very friendly. More importantly, they were able to send somebody out immediately, and I could not be happier with the employee (whose name was Collin I believe) they sent. He arrived promptly, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and walk me through what repairs needed to be made. He was extremely professional and very friendly. I was made aware of every part of the process, and Collin was very attentive and considerate when making sure I was aware of everything he would be doing. He was able to repair my garage door much quicker than I ever expected the repair to take. The price was beyond fair and if tips were allowed, he would have earned a good one. I was very comfortable with using this company and specifically this employee as it was obvious he is very knowledgeable in these repairs and my comforts were justified when I was left with an excellent repair and as a bonus, tips on garage door upkeep and getting the most out of my garage door in the future. Without a doubt I will be using Rushmore Garage Repair if ever the need arises to have work done on the garage door again. Although with his expertise and great work on this repair, I can't imagine I'll need it for a while! Highly highly highly recommend!

Google5Called Rushmore Garage Repair after reading their awesome Google reviews. I was NOT disappointed! I am having issues with an unfinished install from someone else and RGR was so wonderful to talk to! The woman fielding calls was a sweetheart! The owner put my mind at ease by letting me know that it wasn't as big of a mess as I thought. He was very honest and upfront about their pricing and services. He took the time to look at all the photos of my little nightmare and make all the recommendations. He went above and beyond. I could tell from talking to him, his reputation obviously means everything to him. You won't get better service from someone with that rare attitude. The thing that made me definitely want to call was that bad review from someone who had a perceived traffic slight. REALLY?? When people like me are looking for a business review, we don't appreciate that kind of pettiness. If you have an issue like that, please call the company! We're interested in an honest business evaluation, not a traffic review! It's not fair to the business and it's not fair to the rest of us just trying to get a job done. His response to that ridiculous complaint was what made me call. That was total class! I will be recommending this company to friends!

Google5Rushmore Garage door is who you need to call!!!! It is the best company. After three Garage door companies failed us, Rushmore Garage door was the truth from the start. Door came two weeks before it due date. He called once a week letting me know the status of the door. I truly recommend you to contact them at anytime. By the all Garage door companies charge $100 for the old door he only charge $50!!!!!

Google5Rushmore Garage doors IT IS!!! It is said the 3rd time is a charm. After two different garage companies failed us, Rushmore Garage doors was the truth from the beginning. Our Garage door came two weeks earlier than originally planned. We were getting weekly status updates Not only did he help with the door, he also provided us with door options and choices. I will call them over and over again.

Google5I damaged my garage door and needed a repair in the middle of winter. When I called Rushmore I was assured that they would be able to make the repairs in a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. Repairs were done today and I am very pleased. I have already recommended them to someone in the family and have no trouble do the same for anyone who checks the website.
