If you are delivering garage doors and parts then after unloading they leave all pallets and garbage to yor trailer like your trailer is there s dumpster good luck !
Had them come out...estimate on how much to repair the garage door....got written estimate....told them to come on out...a day later we decided to add weather stripping and bottom flange...Cadence in the office said she will let John know....John called said he was on his way out....My wife nor myself was home at the time...texted John that my wife would be home around noon....I get home...check out all that John repaired and replaced....awesome work...in a very short amount of time....and very affordable....I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks me about garage door repair or replacement.....Thanks so much...
Fantastic experience. Highly recommend! Candence (in the office) was very friendly and was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled to fix our old wood roll-up garage door. She even called when they had a last minute opening a couple of days earlier. Ben (service tech) was a pleasure to work with. He's also very friendly and called when he was 15 minutes out. He clearly explained our options and was able to get the work done at that time. In addition to replacing frayed cables and rusted bottom brackets, he checked all of the screws, tightening loose ones and replacing stripped ones, and checked alignment and opener chain tension. Very thorough. Garage door works great. Pricing was very reasonable. This is the company to use. Thanks Ben!

I went through and called all the garage door companies in Rapid City. I got quotes and browsed the website (if any). I was MOST impressed by South Dakota Overheard Doors. They were responsive to my phone call and answered all of my questions with clear answers. I also appreciated their user friendly website and active social media presence. Very professional! When they came to fix our garage door, the technician was very friendly and explained his whole process to us. He even gave us a better product but honored the price we had agreed upon! We throughly enjoyed our experience and we will come back for all our garage door needs!!
