If you're looking around for estimates on garage doors normally I would say sure, due diligence is important but take my word for it.... This company is aces from start to finish! My husband and I highly recommend County Garage Doors for their exceptional service and expertise. From the moment I contacted them, Donna provided me with extraordinary customer service, she is extremely prompt and professional. Their team of technicians arrived on time and efficiently replaced my garage door, which looks beautiful! They were incredibly considerate with their work space as I saw no evidence besides the garage door that they were even there! The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Moreover, there their installers texted me a picture of the completed job as I was at work during the install and I thought that was above and beyond- truly white glove service! Every interaction was outstanding, as they patiently answered all my questions and ensured my complete satisfaction. County Garage Doors deserves a solid 5-star rating for their top-notch service and expertise. I will surly spread the word about my experience with this company!!!!! God bless!

I called this company about lowering my springs and bearings since the original installer would never call me back ; not to mention any names ; that do business out of East Greenville mounted them too high for me to be able to finish my ceiling and Donna was nice enough to come out take pictures consult with the shop and give me options of either doing up myself with clear instruction or having them come do it . I cannot remember ever receiving such customer service especially from someone that didn't even get paid for the visit so I tackled the job myself and then recommended them to a friend for new garage door installation . Cannot speak for their actual labor since I didn't receive any but based on that experience they have to be good where do you even find such customer service before a sale nowadays

Our garage door spring broke when I put the door down this morning. Called and they were at my house within 2 hours. The tech had the part on his truck and we were back in business. Thanks Levi and County for great customer service!

We had an excellent experience with them. They replace it garage door opener. They were up front and honest with estimates and options. They were professional about the install. And recently we lost the remote for the door. We called them up and they said no problem we have those in stock.

I would highly recommend using this company. Their prices are very competitive and the service was outstanding. Donna came out the same day I called to request an estimate, and I had pricing soon after that. She even offered to have the technician stop out immediately to install the new operator so I'd have a working door until the new one arrived. The service from this company was excellent; they are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and seem to truly care about their customers. My new garage door is beautiful and the whole process went smoothly.

Serviceman was efficient, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem immediately and explained all to us.. Arrived earlier than the appointment time, which was fine. Was here for approximately 40 minutes; gear box was $45 so felt the service time charge was a little high. Services Rendered: Replaced gear and checked operation of 1 garage door

The installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up after they finished. We are very pleased with the garage doors and openers and the installation process. We would recommend them without hesitation. Services Rendered: Installed 2 new Garaga garage doors which included the removal of the old doors and openers. The new garage doors measured 18x7 and 9x7. A new Liftmaster garage door opener was installed for each garage door.

Donna came to the home with samples and to take measurements. Install was scheduled for a few weeks later at 0900 on Tuesday. Installers were punctual and completed install in a couple of hours. Everything works and looks great. Services Rendered: New garage door and opener installed. Included all new springs/track/hardware.

All went well until door was installed. We had specifically informed County Garage door that our garage floor had a slight dip in the center. The door now leaks in the center and at both ends. We never had any leakage with the original door. We have called repeatedly (three plus times). They did send one of their installers who told us the door was installed properly and they could not see why it leaked. We have basically been told by Donna that it is our problem. Yes she did suggest something that may solve the problem, but she told us we should do it ourselves. There has been no willingness to resolve the issue and absolutely no sense of urgency. Services Rendered: County Garage door removed our 30 year old original wood garage door and replaced it with a new, insulated garage door and automatic garage door opener.

I choose this company because it was on Angie's list, and my neighbor had used them to replace his 10 year old wood door with a metal one. My neighbor was very satisfied with the service. I called them, and they came that afternoon. The technician was able to repair the bracket, rebalance the door, and reset it on the tracks. The work took about 90 minutes, and now the door works great. My door is about 10 years old and is wood. He told me the door was still in good shape, and that if I keep it lubricated and painted, it should last another 10. I thought I might be in for a replacement just like my neighbor, but he did not try to sell me a door. The price was fair too. I would recommend these guys. Services Rendered: The company repaired my left lift bracket. The door was rebalanced and reset.
