Today Mike and Daniel fixed my garage door opener. It required complex troubleshooting with several minor, but critical, adjustments. Mike is amazing! He tested balance, level, cable adjustment and several other factors effecting the smooth operation of the system. In minimal time, with minor adjustments, the door was working smoothly. He explained everything they’d done, was very professional, skilled and thorough. You’re lucky to have such a great employee! Services Rendered: See above.

I have service twice from JKH Door Service Company and both times have been excellent. John, the technician is simply the best he is skilled thorough and works hard. Was called the day before the appointment to remind me and check that the time worked for me. On the day of the appointment, John got slowed down on the prior job, but the office called me to let me know he would be a little late. John called when he was near to let me know when he would arrive; I was impressed with the Companies customer contact and the level of professionalism. JKH Door Service Company is the ONLY door service I will ever use period. Thank You JKH.

This company was sent to me through my home warranty company. I needed practically everything except the door itself replaced. Motor, controls, etc. The warranty company approved the whole thing. They came when they said they'd come, called in advance to confirm, and was on time with each appointment. Work was done better then expected and fast. The lead technician was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He really likes the company he works for and took pride in his skill and work. Really happy with the end result. The only complaint is that they were booked several weeks out, which is not super uncommon due to staff shortages everywhere. Happy customer !

They send out a new tech that didn't know what he was doing. I've since had continuous problems with the garage door that was installed by him. Now that the 1 year service warranty is over, I am screwed. Note that the first time I complained about the install, they sent a guy out who *FIXED* it by bending the rails with a hammer. Now the door pops off the rail where he *FIXED* it. Great work guys! Beware of these folks people!

Recently had Jim from JHK Door Service Co out at our place to help trouble shoot a difficult garage door motor install. Given the way our home's garage "add on" was built made for a challenging install to say the least. The first guy we dealt with had been really unsure about the install. Jim the owner came out to check see if his company could make it work. He had some good ideas and when his employee John showed up to install he came with a "can do attitude" I was relieved to see that. John definately thought outside the box on this one and found a way to make it work and reinforce things making the doors open reliably and reinforced everything to make it bulletproof! Thanks for your help John. I highly recommend you ask for him for what ever garage door job you have. He's definately up to the task.

I worked with Kylie over the phone who was really great to work with. She helped me understand what I needed and why. Michael promptly cane to my house and installed the door. Since he has 30+ years of experience, I feel like he could have done it blind folded. He came out with all the correct parts and didn't have any hiccups. I did do some shopping around and they defenitly had the most aggressive pricing. Very happy with them, and I will defenitly recommend to all of my friends.

We had 3 new garage doors with openers installed by this company and we couldn't be happier with the product and the service they provided! To top it off, their price for the same doors was SIGNIFICANTLY less than another garage door business in town. They followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and came out to inspect the doors a few weeks after installing them to make sure all was working as it should be....highly recommended this business!

Are you tired of not getting service, no one calling you back, being told one thing when something else happens? That is simply not the case with Door Service Co. They called to remind me of the appointment, the installer called to tell me he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. When he arrived, he introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and about how long it would take and he had a uniform on. All of what he said was true. How refreshing to have a company that operates this way where the customer is the priority. That just is not seen very frequently these days. I cannot express enough how happy I was with Door Service. I highly recommend this company and the installer. As a representative of the company they should be happy to know J is going beyond what is expected. Thanks J!

I called this afternoon as my garage door had come off it's tracks and scheduled an appointment. I used this company in July and they repaired my door for $75.00. This time they scheduled me between 3 and 6 pm and wanted to charge me $113.00 for the same service, informing me it was "after hours". Seems like they simply thought I was in dire need of a repairman and figured they could gouge me a bit. Anyway, I cancelled the appointment and found another company who would come immediately for much less money. It might be better in the future if they were a bit more customer orientated. By attempting to charge me another $38.00 they lost any possibility of selling me a new door.

They were a referral and we are very pleased. We contacted them because a previous referral didn't work out. Door service was timely, customer service was pleasant, they gave us a 2-hour window, AND arrived at the beginning of the time window. Can't say enough about how pleased we are. They had to special order it and installed it as soon as it came in.

Sales person came to house, measured, pointed out any fixes we needed to do in advance. Expected delivery and installation was to be about two weeks. I received a call when the garage door was available, and installation was scheduled for a few days later. The installer arrived when scheduled, did the work, showed me how to operate and maintain the opener and track. Everything went very well. Services Rendered: Provided and installed garage door and opener purchased through Costco.

After reviewing the testimonies for this company on Angies List and on their own website I had this company install my new garage door and opener. I was very please from start to finish with the job. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installer that came out to do the install started out by explaining the process from start to finish with me and was very professional. When he was done with the job he cleaned up the work area very well and explained to me and showed me how everything worked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond.

He gave us a 1-4 window and showed up at 2:30---nice. He made a very professional looking repair that looks very sturdy. Also, he checked the opener settings and lubed everything that could be lubed. Very pleased Services Rendered: The garage door puller had pulled out of the door. There had been several half-assed repairs done previously.
