Garage door took a while to get shipped, but it's because I chose a specific color. Guys came right away and installed it. They were very professional and were happy employees. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends!

I called this morning to tell Nor-Cal I needed help getting the car out of the garage after I had backed the car into the garage door. Ugh. I thought from the looks of the situation that I would be replacing the door. Bryce arrived a couple of hours later and had the door straightened out and fixed in less than an hour. It's like new again. Amazing work. Thanks Nor-Cal!

These folks are GREAT! Have "done business" with them for years (garage door companies being someone you really DO NOT want to "do business" with but have to) and, every single time they have been wonderful! Two years ago we had to get our 20 year old garage door opener replaced, Nor-Cal did it (of course) . . . we noticed a weird chattering noise a few days ago and requested a service call that happened yesterday . . . turned out to be a plastic dust protector . . . but, still a "service call" . . . I picked up the part today with a promise to install it myself . . . they "comped" the service call by stretching to one year warranty by 13 months . . . Thank you!!

NorCal Garage Door Company is awesome! Shannon and his crew are very knowledgeable and quick! He came to our house to assess our needs and Jesse came back that same day and fixed us up with a new garage door panel and the brace that we needed. He even reset our keypad for us! Very efficient, friendly and super fast, I highly recommend these guys!

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. From choosing the door at the shop to installation and owner "training", Nor-Cal Garage Doors were great. We visited three shops in Redding looking for garage doors and Nor-Cal presented the most helpful, timely, and cost effective choice. We are throughly happy with the end result as well as the personable, efficient, and professional installation technicians. They even arrived on time!

As a Property Manager I deal with many different trades and I can tell you that this company is alway professional quick to respond and I am always comfortable with their pricing. I feel they are always fair and honest. Many companies related to construction and or repair are so busy in the north state since the fires that they take advantage of local customers. Not this company! I seldom do reviews but, I feel when a company take such good care of their local customers, it is important to let them and other potential customers know.

Great service and fair price, came out same day and looked at my carport. Agreed what we could do, ordered door and two weeks later my garage door was installed. Looks amazing. We are very pleased with nor-cal garage door services. Highly recommend
