We didn't have much money to fix our garage door that wasn't opening or closing correctly. We called Overhead door and were really taken care of. Turned out our door just needed some a service to get us by. Our technician Kyle was super friendly and helpful, he even dug out some used parts from other jobs to get us back and going and we only paid the base service call charge. We were consulted on how to move forward with our door until we had the funds to replace our aging unit. Thanks again Kyle and Overhead Door Company!

First off our incident happened late-ish afternoon on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. I get home from work to the news the kids open the latch gate on the car and, I thought, destroyed the garage door. After dislodging the car door from the garage door i tried to operate the garage door manually and one of the pully wires came off and the door was completely cattywompus. At this point it was beyond my skill level to fix. I gave a few places a call to see about getting it fixed, but 4:00 pm on a Friday before a long weekend was emergency services time and quoted minimum of $300-$600 by more than one company. I then found Shasta Garage doors at 4:13pm. From time of call to the door being fixed was 50 minutes and half of what anyone else quoted us as they considered it a standard service call. So without an appointment, on a late afternoon before a long weekend Frank came on his way back to the shop and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service and or a new door.

They were wonderful. We had a door that broke and I could not shut it. I called them and they worked it out, so somebody came out on a Saturday afternoon in the heat and fixed our door. It was the manager himself that came out. I would recommend these people to everybody. First class service.

Very pleased with their service! My garage door would not open. I called them around 11:00 a.m. The technician was here by 1:00, diagnosed a broken spring, and was able to fix it promptly.

Overhead Door (Now known as Nor Cal Garage Door Co) was very professional and quick to respond. I received same day service on the day I called for help. Dave was very pleasant and called before arriving. He adjusted two doors and openers, greased and lubricated all the hinges, the springs and the screw mechanisms. Then he answered all my questions and instructed me on how to take care of my garage doors so they would last longer. I would definitely call them again and will plan on hiring them to replace my doors in the future! Thank you Nor Cal for excellent service! After the initial estimate he said he would get back in touch with me within a few days. However, he did not. After several weeks I was able to make contact and was told the parts had been ordered. They gave me a price and said it would be 3-4 weeks. Its been about 2 months now and I have been attempting to reach them from time to time but can never get through. Services Rendered: I purchased overhead doors from them in 2006. I accidentally ran into one of the doors recently and creased it. I contacted them to have them come out and try and fix the issue. They sent a guy to provide an estimate, who said he would go back to see if they could get the parts.

We were given their name by a contractor so assumed they would be a good provider. We asked them to come by so they could match the existing door. Heard from them again when they called with an estimate and was told it would be 4-6 weeks for a special order. Next contact was when they came to install the new door. The installer told us the door he had would not fit and wasn't even close to being the correct one. He told us we would be contacted by the office, probably that day. We didn't hear from anyone for several weeks and then got a call to schedule installation. Told them we had contacted another contractor and the new door had been installed the previous day. Services Rendered: We wanted a new garage door to match our existing one.
