Google5This is my first experience with having a new garage door opener installed and I had no idea what I needed. Amy was so helpful and friendly. She listened to what I wanted as I wanted a simple affordable unit and she was spot on! Price was excellent! Frank came out for install and cannot say enough about him, excellent tech and just a nice young man. He made a recommendation to protect top of garage door, explained why and did not push at all. His recommendation made sense and was affordable. He even programmed my car to garage for me, now that is above and beyond! Good customer service seems to be rare these days but this just proves using a local family owned business, you still get the hometown feeling. I will be referring friends and highly recommend this company!!!!!!!

Google5Absolutely excellent service. After an accidental collision with my garage door I thought I was looking at a complete replacement and a several thousand dollar bill. Not the case, Jason came out promptly (on a Saturday and in the rain too) and within a couple hours not only had he fixed the damage, he rectified multiple other preexisting issues I wasn't even aware of. My door now works better than it ever has and at the cost of only a couple brackets and a service call. On top of all of that he also shared with me maintenance tips and information on how to handle various door malfunctions. My weekend disaster was over faster than I could've imagined. I know where I'll be going for all my garage doors needs in the future. Thank you Jason and Shasta garage door!

Google5My garage door wasn't opening /closing. I called Amy at Shasta garage, and she was extremely helpful. She contacted the technicians and scheduled a time which worked for me. Daniel the technician called me ahead of scheduled , time and even told me the time he would be there in minutes. He figured out the problem, noticed anything extra that would help, fixed the garage door in less than 30 minutes, and performed maintenance . He provided excellent service, friendly knowledgeable, I truly appreciate that Redding has such an excellent garage door service. Thank you:)

Google5Our garage door suddenly refused to go down all the way. Called Monday morning and they were able to fit us in a cancellation spot and even showed up earlier than scheduled. Very nice technician got it back working in short order and did some added adjustments and didn't charge beyond the initial service call charge. These guys are the best and we highly recommend them!

Google5I'm so happy I found Shasta Garage Doors and Repair! My garage wouldn't open over the weekend and with the colder months and rain approaching, I was eager to get it fixed immediately. I made the call on Saturday and was able to schedule for that following Monday (they did offer weekend visits but they were a little pricier- and Monday worked for me). My technician Frank was very helpful and polite. He was able to quickly determine the issue and complete the repair during the visit. He also explained their warranty information and gave a few helpful tips in keeping the door running smoothly. Excellent customer service!

Google5High quality doors and parts, great service and careful installation. Very personal service in customizing our exact order to fit our needs. All around very happy with our new doors and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or work with this company again, although I'm comforted by the lifetime guarantee!
