Called in to get pricing. Best price in town. Scheduled an appointment. The technician called me the morning of to let me know when he would be by. He was professional, clean, and polite. Let us know what exactly happened and why and how he would fix it. Things went very smooth and our garage door is better and quieter than every. Very happy with the service we received.

Recently my garage door was accidentally hit and came off the track. Carson Overhead Door was recommended by a relative. Todd immediately returned my call and showed up when he said he would. He was very efficient, thorough and kind. He is a very pleasant person and smiled the whole time he worked. My garage door works better than before! If I could rate this service 10 stars I would. As good as it gets. Thanks so much for the most outstanding service. My door is whisper quiet and works great. I used a different company back in 2012 and they installed cheap, inferior springs that were too weak for a double door. I am extremely thankful for your great service and would certainly recommend you to anyone needing their garage door or opener worked on.

Todd Laffoon, owner of Carson Overhead Door Company, saved me over a thousand dollars...at least for the time being. Todd suggested to me that the addition of a single strut to my cracked steel garage door would extend the useful life of my door and would likely delay replacement for a few years. The repair and a tune-up would cost $110. Considering the high cost of door replacement, it seemed worth a try! After Todd completed the work, I was amazed! My door now operates smoothly and quietly. It is clear to me that Todd really knows his business. In addition, I found him prompt about returning phone calls, punctual, and very professional. Estimates are free. "There is never a charge for information," he told me. I am so glad that I consulted Todd before replacing my broken garage door! Everything worked out just fine. Services Rendered: This was a tall rollup garage door on a commercial building. Some one a bump into the door. We together sort pushed the door straighter and he adjusted the necessary parts, lubed everything. He adjusted the up and down force and everything worked fine. I asked why I couldn't get my onboard opener to work. So explained what I had to do and helped me program my opener

I had heard a loud bang in the garage the night before but couldn't see anything amiss. The next day I was getting ready to go to the dentist and the garage door wouldn't open at all - even after releasing the garage door mechanism. I looked online at Angie's List (first time I had used it) and found Carson Overhead. I called and left a message asking him to call me back as soon as possible. Within 1/2 hour, he called. Because he already had several jobs lined up, he asked if he could come later in the day. Since I wasn't going anywhere, I said OK. He got there much earlier than I anticipated (around 3:00 PM), saw the problem immediately and had the part in his truck. Within 45 minutes I had a smooth running, quiet garage door that worked. Carson Overhead not only fixed the spring but did some much needed maintenance on the door. I definitely will recommend him. Services Rendered: Carson Overhead replaced a broken spring in my garage door, tightened all the nuts and bolts and lubricated the track. He also fixed the light housing on the garage door opener.
