Elite responded to my call immediately and the customer service representative was reassuring and kind. Johnny Lewis, the technician, arrived on time, was professional and efficient! It could have been a disaster not being able to get out of the garage for work tomorrow morning but Elite came right away and saved the day for me! Thank you!

Melinda was great when I called in to get a quote on a new door. She provided a price and was able to get me on the install scheduled within ten days. The door showed up early and they got it installed a week quicker than promised. The installers were quick and efficient, did a great job and the new door looks awesome! I got a better door for the same money installed in less than a week when the competitors were two months out on installation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Our garage door broke at night. I called another place first and was told that the first available appointment was seven days later, although their Google listing said they provide 24/7 emergency service. Elite Garage Door was listed next, so I called. They came out in one hour, fixed our door in less than 30 minutes, and charged a straightforward fee. Our door opens and closes like new. Highly and highly appreciated.

Johnny was on time, professional, and did excellent work. Came out on a Sunday to fix a broken torsion spring, left us with a much better functioning garage door - service was better than expected. We now have Elite on speed dial to address garage door problems on an aging house.

Very professional and excellent quality of work. We use our garage door a lot and I am very pleased that I chose Elite to install this awesome opener. The tech that did the install was very courteous and professional. I have used other services for my garage but this company is far better than any other one I have called on. Highly recommended !!

Saved my weekend with their quick response time and service! A spring broke on my garage door on an Saturday and I literally couldn't get my car out. I thought I was going to be trapped in my house all weekend but within an hour of calling them Elite Garage Door had a technician out and the door was fixed! Lee was friendly, professional and efficient. To replace two springs it cost $450 which was well worth it for the quick service. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Called a few before I got a hold of elite. They were swamped but sent out an installer to have a look at my door. The installer gave me a quote and asked me what I wanted. He told me how long it would take and would get back with me later on the install date and time. Before he left he fixed what he could do in the mean time to hold me over. I would recommend them to anyone needing their garage door fixed or needing a new one. My installer was great. Services Rendered: New garage door

Fantastic. Very professional, friendly, did work quickly, cleaned up everything. Were very informative, explained everything they needed to due and why. When they were finished my garage door worked better and was actually silent when it went up and down. I had it repaired 2 other times by two other business and it never worked well. These guys are the best ever. I definitely recommend them. Services Rendered: Garage door tune up and new weather seals placed around entire door

He arrived within hours, replaced all equipment and at my request changed chains to belts. He arrived on time and returned later the same evening to be sure our cars were programmed for the new openers. They are efficient, performed within budget quoted over the phone, and professional.
