My cable came loose from my Garage Door and my door was offset 4 inches and stuck open. I called Jim Dyer @ 8 am and answered the phone and immediately helped by sending Marcus over who expertly repaired my bent door tracks and reset the springs. Great people, great service, great price.
Husband called to get put on the list to get our garage door springs replaced. It being the Friday before Memorial weekend didn't think it would have been until some point next week, maybe. Jim Dyer is a great guy who calls you immediately and comes out when he says he will. After going through many companies who charged me a lot of money he came in extremely reasonable. I needed to put a new seal on the bottom of my garage door. other company said I needed a brand new door but he said there's a way to fix this even though it's older model he can support it better and he charged me $300 to do the whole job. He's an independent and very responsible with years of experience. Highly recommend her phone is on his way.
Our spring broke on our garage door, we called Jim and he arrived promptly that same day and replaced the springs, very friendly and he does a GREAT JOB! Highly recommend him.

Great replacement of our double-door springs that broke. Was able to replace them the same day, got here early, and checked the rest of the hardware and replaced & tightened three bolts not attached correctly with a longer bolt, at no additional cost. Also lubricated both of our garage doors.
Well, embarrassed as I was, I slammed the garage door on the back of my car. I called Jim Dyer Overhead Door and within an hour his installer, MARCOS came out to give a estimate. What a Great Guy! Knowledgeable, Professional and Personable. Marcos was out the next morning with a new door and installed it in no time! The quote was fair and reasonable.... Last year my parents accidentally closed the garage door on their car. Both car and door were fine mostly, but the garage door started making a scary clunking sound as it went up and down. Four month later, when I was visiting them, they still hadn't gotten it looked at. I found Jim Dyer Overhead Door, gave them a call, and someone answered right away. I called on a Wednesday or Thursday morning, and they said they could be at the house within two hours! When the repairman showed up, he had a few different suggestions on how to fix the clunking and a few other issues the garage door had. Apparently the person who installed the door was not a professional and didn't do it quite right. The price we were quoted before he started was the price he charged. Fair pricing, friendly worker. Would definitely recommend!!

Jim Dyer was AWESOME! The garage door would only open about 18" off the ground. And the tenant was in the process of moving! Jim came out less than 24 hours after I called. He DID NOT charge me an extra "trip fee" for being in Incline Village. Called me to let me know that it was indeed a broken spring as he had suspected. Fixed it. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly.
