Last year my parents accidentally closed the garage door on their car. Both car and door were fine mostly, but the garage door started making a scary clunking sound as it went up and down. Four month later, when I was visiting them, they still hadn't gotten it looked at. I found Jim Dyer Overhead Door, gave them a call, and someone answered right away. I called on a Wednesday or Thursday morning, and they said they could be at the house within two hours! When the repairman showed up, he had a few different suggestions on how to fix the clunking and a few other issues the garage door had. Apparently the person who installed the door was not a professional and didn't do it quite right. The price we were quoted before he started was the price he charged. Fair pricing, friendly worker. Would definitely recommend!!
