I want to open my garage door in the steel cable on the right side of my garage door snapped. Luckily I was able to get it closed overnight. Immediately has the morning followed I contacted my contractor for a referral and he gave me Diamond Overhead door. I always do business off of Word of Mouth referrals because I've had a lot of bad run-ins with contractors over the years. Immediately Gary at Diamond Overhead Doors picked up my call and deployed Lee they're very knowledgeable, courteous and professional technician out to assess and fix the problem. We showed up with all of the parts he needed and in a very impressive, lettered and clean truck and fixed everything. He even went Above and Beyond and greased both garage doors and added safety cables to each garage door. As the owner of a real estate brokerage I will now only refer DOD to my clients, friend and Family! Great experience!

I was incredibly impressed by Diamond. I called, gave them the SoW and they were in my driveway - SAME DAY! Lee and his team were professional, timely, and maintained a clean job site. I texted the owner this morning to setup an appointment when he had time. It's very convenient being able to text and not get some stupid voice mail. Being a busy career guy myself, I don't have the time. A few hours later, he sent a two man crew and fixed two doors in less then 30 minutes. Thanks Lee and Pat amazing work. Tim

Diamond Overhead Door did a great job in the installation of my new garage doors. The door is great quality and reasonably priced. The installers were courteous, friendly and meticulous. They cleaned up completely after they finished the installation. Highly recommended if you need new doors.

I used Diamond Overhead door many years ago and was 100% satisfied with the work Gary performed. I kept their tel. # on my owner's manual. Late last night I found one of the garage doors stuck in the up position and that both doors were inoperable. Not really expecting any response, I called the # on the owner's manual this (Christmas) morning @ 9:00 and Gary answered. After getting over my initial shock, Gary patiently took me through the steps I should follow to trouble shoot the issue which he explained was probably related to the power and not the lift mechanism. I followed Gary's directions and resolved the problem. My sincere thanks to Gary for his honest and patient assessment. I would recommend Gary and Diamond Overhead Door without reservation. He saved our (holi)day.

Incredibly disappointed. Product was of standard quality. Installation was the problem. No attempt by Diamond Overhead Door to rectify any of the multiple issues - we had to reach out multiple times. When we did get someone to come out, concerns were not treated with respect even though the problem is glaring. Will be seeking another company to fix this. Overall incredibly disappointed with installation and the lack of attempt to rectify ALL or ANY of the issues. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had ordered a garage door from HD and was told it would be 8 weeks to install. I needed the new garage door much sooner, so I decided to look around at other options. Gary came out to measure on a Tuesday, and new door with auto opener was installed Friday. Looks amazing, works perfectly, and couldn't be happier with the service, price and quality. Had an extension spring break on our garage door. Diamond had some great reviews, so we gave them a call. Prompt and courteous, they showed up the next morning and our door was repaired in 20 minutes. The price was less than we were quoted over the phone, too! I definitely would recommend their service!

Diamond guys installed our new garage door this summer. Gary, the owner, came to visit on-site, showed us the options, discussed them with us, then `put up a really great quote. On the scheduled day his crew came in, built the frame and the trim around the door, installed the door, tuned up everything, took all the debris and left. Nice, polite and proficient folks. Now, we had a relatively new opener with sensors which we retained from the old installation. Diamond installers put the sensors back but mounted them relatively low because of the position of the brackets on the new door. When the fall came in we discovered that fallen leaves now confuse the sensors. It was almost four months after the job was done, but we called Gary and two days later there came two technicians, mounted the sensors on the walls instead of on the railing and voila! - everything works again. Since the opener was not originally part of the job we offered to cover the visit but Gary insisted that this is part of the service. Kudos!! I don't understand why people buy their garage doors from a big store when a proficient, affordable dependable and hassle free alternative is out there.

This is the second time I've called Diamond and they are extremely responsive and professional. This time it was an after hours call and an emergency o avoid frozen pipes. I had a spring break on one of my garage doors and I called a number of companies to get it fixed ASAP. It turned out to be a very frustrating process and I was worried I would not be able to get it fixed quickly. After a Google search and calling a number of companies I felt like I was getting the run around. When I heard back from Diamond Overhead Door they explained that all there trucks were on the road but they would call me when they had one available. About 1 1/2 hours later I got a call from the owner Gary Jolicoeur and he said he could be there in about 45 minutes. He clearly explained his pricing and I agreed to have him do the repair. Gary showed up and did the work and the price was right on the button except for 2 small parts that were damaged. When he was done the door opened and closed very quietly like when it was new. I could not have been happier with the service and the results.

I took pictures of my garage doors and emailed them to Diamon Overhead Door to see if the work I needed to have done was something they routinely perform. I received a prompt telephone call from their office manager, who was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions. Because the full extent of the work to be done was not known just from my pictures, I scheduled time for the owner to come out and see the job for himself. He arrived on time and already prepared with all the materials. He gave me a preliminary quote, which I accepted, and he went to work immediately. The work was completed on time and within the guidelines of his quotation. He also saved me some money by re-programming my existing remote units rather than replacing them with new. The bumper pieces he installed look better than the originals and the doors both work perfectly. Based on my experience, I consider Diamond Overhead Door service to be reliable, accurate, punctual, and performing quality work at a very fair price. Services Rendered: I had (2) overhead garage doors needing maintenance that included replacement of the rubber bumper assemblies on the door bottoms, replacement of pulleys, springs, and cables, wiring of a new door motor, and adjustments to the drive motor chains tension and door closing settings.

The process went very well. Know in advance your true size of openings with trim etc, to get the most opening out of your door. Make sure you have the electrical ready so the unit can be site tested. Look at info on line before meeting with sales people, it will save you time and money. It's is nice to deal with an owner operator. Gary was the real thing. Services Rendered: Greetings, I wanted a quality set of garage doors for the new addition I had built on my house. I wanted low maintenance, ease of use, quiet operation and other options. I called a few door suppliers suggested by my builder, but they were all part of big commercial franchise group. One guy came out to look at the site, gave me a quick price and took off, with no follow up, the others just asked me the size of the doors and what did I want, and gave me a price on the phone. I wanted more. I wanted someone local, with a good product, resourceful solutions, and could install and service what they sold. I located Diamond Overhead Door in Blackstone, MA on line, and called their office. Gary Jolicoeur, the owner, took my call and arranged to inspect the site and meet with me. He listen to what I wanted, and helped me with an insulated R-16, Hampshire series door, with windows. I wanted a track that went close to the ceiling, with three remote switches for the garage/entry/exit points and lighting that wouldn't be blocked when the door was open. No problem. The best part was the door opener. Gary showed me the LiftMaster 3800 Elite Series. No Springs. Very little sound in operation. cool safety features, and lots of options for the future. The amazing part was the price was about 10% less for far more than equipment with my selected options then the next competitor. Gary's installation team showed up on time and completed the task quickly and cleaned up the area. The tech showed me how to operate the doors and remote devices. We have actively used the doors since their installation without problems. My contractor was impressed and has used Gary on many of his jobs. I would highly recommend Diamond Overhead Doors.

We called Diamond Overhead Door in February 2012 to request a quote for a new garage door. The next day, they came to our house to field measure and provided a quote. Their quote was very competitive with other companies' quotes. Josh from Diamond Overhead Door was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the door we were about to purchase. The installation on March 10th was very quick and they did a great job! Services Rendered: Diamond Overhead Door removed and took away existing garaged door and installed a new 10'x7' white, insulated steel garage door with Sherwood glass inserts.
