Couldn't be happier with my first customer experience with Armand. I've had a problem with my garage door shaking and not fully closing and Armand called me back almost immediately. Set up an appointment for the next day but within 20 minutes a cancellation came up and he was at my house same day. Armand was very friendly and professional, pointed out exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. After getting estimates from other companies I reached out to Armand at First Choice overhead door. The price he quoted for the large insulated door with a new garage door opener came in cheaper than what the other companies were charging just for a door. Armand was responsive to phone calls answering all my questions, he explained the quality of both door and opener. The day of the new install Armand and his helper showed up on time and went right to work taking out the door, track and old opener and moved on to the install. From start to finish the job was done under three hours. Armand was knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. I highly recommend him.
So I contacted First Choice Overhead Door to help with replacement of my old garage doors. Armand returned my call promptly, and was actually able to give me some styling suggestions and options to match the rest of our home style. We settled on a design and made an appointment for the service. (He even handled a very last minute minor design change with no problem). I found his prices to be very competitive. On the day of the scheduled service, Armand was on-time and had all of the parts necessary to replace both doors in one shot. Given that our garage is a little older, some of the garage features were out of code and out of square. He was able to easily address all of the little quirks in the installation without adding any extra costs. (and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, like new door openers). The installation was on-time, on-budget and we could not be happier with the outcome. He left the garage as clean as he found it and removed all of the old doors and hardware. Armand is a true professional, and I am pleased to be able to leave such a positive review. I would not hesitate to recommend this young man to anyone in need of his services. Now if I could only find a stone mason with the same qualities.... Thank you Armand, for a job very well done.
Wow! I came home at 2:30pm, and my garage door was stuck and wouldn't close. I called Armand and he was literally at my house to fix it within an hour! He was personable, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly. Awesome work! I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again! Wonderful company!
