My single-car garage door was broken. Patriots arrived precisely on time to look at the job and give a fair repair estimate. Tyler was a pleasure to meet and talk with about the job. Major bonus...he said they would come the next day to do the repair! I missed the call from Mike, the technician when he called to say he would be arriving at the house, but when I called him back he answered right away and let me know the job was complete. I arrived home later that day and was happily met with a quiet, very smooth-functioning garage door. What a great company and it was a pleasure to work with them on this small but important repair. I would highly recommend Tyler, Mike, and Patriots Overhead. PS... they even answered my call for service in the evening and scheduled my appointment as soon as possible on their schedule. Wonderful customer service!

Promp Professional Perfection Tyler and Mike came out to analyze and determine what needed to be done to remedy our nonworking garage door. They quickly came up with a solution and gave me an very reasonable estimate. Mike came out the following morning to replace the motor and update and adjust a few worn parts, He made sure the reinstall was perfect and completely explained how to work the new system. I would absolutely recommend this company for any garage door issues. Work completed was amazing. We are extremely happy with the new update and appreciate the work and promptness of the service provided. Thank you

My garage door wasn't functioning properly due to cable that became unhooked' I made an appointment on Thursday for Friday afternoon Tyler came early because it started to snow. He did not charge me because the door wasn't broken. It was an easy fix he said. Thank you so much Tyler!

The tech arrived earlier(checked over phone before coming) for the appointment. He has everything needed preinstalled so the work was done on time. Was very friendly and also made suggestions for further fixes(but did not force)

Once again, Patriots Overhead (in particularly the awesome Tyler!) saved the day for me! My automatic garage door had a hiccup and wouldn't open or close all the way, making it impossible to use my garage. I called and was able to get assistance the very next day for a time slot of 12pm. Tyler called me and was available to make it EARLY at 10:42am. He fixed the garage door and was in his truck by 11am. Talk about a fast turn around time. What I like most is that Tyler is very personable and warm, communicates very well on what's going on and you can tell he is all about customer service! I even asked if I had a manual given to me (from last year when the garage door was originally installed)... he even remembered exactly where he left it for me lol. Talk about attention to detail! I wouldn't go to anyone else for my garage door necessities. Tyler and Patriots Overhead are the best in the garage door game! Cmon now, look no further! If you want efficient, honest and to support a great business here it is! Thanks Tyler, you're the best!!

Showed up on time, wearing a mask. Replace a spring on an older garage door and installed the new pair spring. Replaced pulleys and all other woren or missing parts. Reviewed our options, quoted prices, did installation quickly, neatly and wiped down the door when done. We chose to repair at this time and consider what we want for a future update. Then took the time to go to our second home and install safety wires in the springs on that door. :) Will hire for future work.

Excellent service! I called on a Thursday and Tyler came by the next morning to look at the job. He told me exactly what was needed and we scheduled the work for Monday. The crew arrived and completed the job (which needed a lot of work) within a few hours. They replaced the gears, springs, track, and wheels. Made sure everything was lined up and even adjusted the garage door opener that I was installing. I would highly recommend them. The door is like new again.

I had a great experience with Patriots Overhead. I called yesterday and left a message, and Tyler quickly called me back. We found that we both had time today, and he respected my request that he wear a mask. He arrived on time, quickly assessed my garage door needs, and said he could fix it right away. He gave me a quote that was reasonable. An hour later, parts had been replaced and the garage door worked perfectly. The next time I need work done on my garage, I'm sure I'll reach out to Tyler to do it.
