Trusted business ,excellent service. Would love to give 5 stars but disappointed they charged a fuel surcharge. Service call charge is separate and not credited to job. Little over the top with pricing

5 stars all day!!! We needed to fix our garage door, I called on a Monday and the person whom I talked to was very accommodating, explained what needs to be done and the cost. I was promised an 8 am appointment and I got it!! Tommy Lavery was very professional and quick got the job done and off he went. I don't have a before and after picture because I mean it's a garage door but I sure enjoy how quiet my door functions now

Had my garage door installed today, and couldn't be happier. John came out and did the quote which he got to me on time as promised. The door came in super quick and I was called to schedule install which was right away. Andrew did a great job installing and was quick and professional. Highly recommend Pezza doors. Thank you!!

This business performs so well. We needed two new garage doors, and they made it so easy for a very fair price. Every thing from initial contact from consultation to installment was done on time, as promised. Communication was easy and they were very Covid ready with masks on all staff. There doesn't seem to be much competition in my part of Rhode Island (Newport county), maybe these guys out the competition out of business with their superb service. Highly recommend!

Following a few "problems" (wrong door size ordered resulting in very long wait for arrival and installation). (the fact that we wanted a black door which I understand is not standard also was a factor in the time waited.) When correct size finally came in the installation went nicely. Very competent, personable, thorough installer (Mike). Nice cleanup afterward also. Finally the door itself is quiet, love the LED light and belt drive rather than chain, and so much better than the original door. Based on the above (aside from the few annoying "hiccups") , I'm satisfied and would recommend Pezza Garage Doors. Services Rendered: Remove existing garage door; Replace completely with new door.

Anthony Pezza was extremely professional and helpful. He responded promptly to all emails that I sent, and his estimate was very fair. He made a return trip to my home within a few hours to bring a new keypad when the first one he had was malfunctioning. He even made an adjustment to our garage door for us, at no extra cost. I recommend this company highly This July we again called Pezza Garage Doors. This time I met Mike Pezza. Quick service and very polite. These guys are great.

Excellent service. My garage door cable came loose and I called Pezza garage doors to check if they could help me out. They were quick to respond, arrived on time as promised, and fixed the garage door. Anthony was courteous and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend them for any garage repair.

Can I say, these guys are fantastic! My garage was broken into and the door ruined. They came right out and secured the door. Anthony was kind enough to give me an easy troubleshooting tip. I tried it and it worked ! He saved me a service call at his own expense. That's professional ! Services Rendered: Pizza has worked on my garage doors in the past. This time I suspected either something was interfering with the electric eye or that they were out of alignment. When I tried to close the door the light would flash and it would not lower.

Anthony Pezza (Ant for short) was wonderful to work with. At first I was undecided on the color, I knew I wanted to change things up a bit from white. But I couldn't decide on the color. Michael Pezza gave me color samples at the home show to bring home, which helped. But what sold me on the green color was when Ant sent me by email several sample pictures of my home with different garage colors. It is the perfect way to view the choices and so easy! My new ranch style garage door was installed perfectly and all the old materials were taken away. Services Rendered: Pezza Garage Doors from Johnston, RI replaced my old, dented, noisy garage door. The new door was overdue for a new door and look. I switched from a white door to a hunter green door to match my shutters. I LOVE it. It completely changes the look and appeal of my home. It is insulated and quiet and looks great. I keep getting compliments on it. I am so happy I finally replaced it, well worth the money.

Can't count on them Services Rendered: Contacted them through phone several times through the day to only get voicemail. I left a voicemail and sent a Facebook message. I never received an answer still to this minute. Two other companies have come out and priced the job and Pezza has still not answered.

Then the technician came, he was incredibly friendly and gave me a run down of the issue in plain English. About a week later, when the part had arrived, he was back again and just as friendly. The best part, when he performed the workaround to get the garage to open as a temporary measure, he didn't charge anything at all. And only when he returned with the part. All of which was incredibly reasonable. If any friends or family have any garage issues...they will be recommended with glee. A fantastic experience. Services Rendered: Garage spring had broken and the door wouldn't open at all. Service professional was able to come out and provide a work around until the part was available about a week later.

A broken garage door left us vulnerable to theft. I called Pezza Garage Doors and Anthony answered the phone right away and he sent his crew out the next day! He missed a digit in my cell phone and he took the time to look me up and leave a voice mail on my home phone. When I called back with my cell, Anthony's colleague Michael explained the details of the install and I decided to forgo the free estimate & just have them install the new opener. The next day his crew called before they arrived so I didn't have to waste time waiting. They were done in less than 90 minutes so I didn't have to take an entire vacation day. The foreman explained the unit and coded my car so that I could use that function, too. The best part of using Pezza is that they are a local company, they let us pay with a credit card the day after the job was installed AND they were $100 less that Sears. Excellent & responsive service. I'd recommend to anyone who asked.
