Google5After 24 years our garage door completely stopped working. Called Precision Door and a technician arrived the next morning. "Sonny" was on time, extremely delightful, thoroughly checked out the existing condition of the door, provided us with 3 options and price points explaining in depth and detail each option. Sonny was so professional and had the situation under complete control. A little more than 2 hrs later we had a perfectly operational garage door! He took his time to walk us through the new features, clickers, even helped us in getting the app to operate the door via our iPhone and had us go through all the steps until we were satisfied. The company updated us via texts and emails on the arrival time, his name and contact information so we knew when and who was arriving. We are thrilled with this company and especially Sonny! We highly recommend them if you need anything for garage doors! Thanks so much!

Google5While we haven't had any work done by this company yet. They were extremely professional and personable over the phone as well as when they came out to look at my mom's existing system. Both she and I were impressed and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for service in the future.

Google5The tech who was assigned to my request, Nathan, called and texted in advance of his arrival. He arrived just when he said he would. He was polite, professional and definitely had a 'can do' attitude. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and wasted no time getting started with his careful review of the condition of the two antiquated door openers. He was quicker than I thought especially given the very detailed estimates he provided to me. I must say the estimates seemed expensive to me but being fair I need to quickly point out that I have no experience with having this kind of work done and I have not requested an estimate from any other company so I have no means of comparing. Based on my experience up to this point, I would rate Nathan and his company at 10 out of 10, recommend without question!

Google5We just had Precision Door for a repair on our garage door, and they were great. The technician was friendly, professional, on time, and fixed everything in under an hour. There were no high-pressure sales techniques to cross-sell things we did not really need - he just repaired what needed to be done. Thanks so much.

Google5Excellent experience with tech installer Nathan. He called me prior with an accurate arrival time, he was clear to decide what the issue was, and fixed/replaced the garage door motor and hardware within just a few business days. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received, and I would recommend Precision Door to a friend or family because of the tech who was sent.

Google5Sonny did an excellent job! Very polite and professional when I asked questions. He showed me the issues that needed to be taken care of and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. He then provided me with three repair options and prices. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive option. Sonny clearly takes pride in his work which is something I do not often see. I would highly recommend him and this company.

Google5We had our doors installed this summer. The three installers were great, friendly and hard workers (they installed on the hottest day of the year). We had an issue with one of our doors this week. We got a appointment quickly and the office staff was happy to help. Nathan the technician who came to the house was awesome. He was friendly, helpful, fixed our issue efficiently and even helped us with our key pads which was not the reason for the visit. Thank you Nathan, and Precision doors. I will definitely recommend Precision to family.

Angi5Precision Garage Door Service of Providence replaced our garage door today. We had ordered a custom door in November, so we expected it to take awhile since it had to be made to our specifications. Reggie helped us place the order. Fast forward to yesterday in late January, 2023. We received a call that the door was in and Nathan and an associate arrived promptly the following day to install it. They just now finished, and the door is BEAUTIFUL! All three men who helped order and then install our garage door were polite, professional, and worked to be sure my husband and I were happy with our door. We definitely are happy with it and with the service throughout from ordering to installing, including the emails and updates from their office. They removed the old door and took it away and left the area clean where they had been working. They hooked the door up to our garage door opener and made sure everything worked and opened and closed correctly. My husband and I are both excited not only because we have a beautiful new garage door, but also because the people who worked with us were wonderful. Good service is so important, but often hard to find. I assure you, we received the best service from Precision Garage Door and recommend it highly. Services Rendered: We needed a new garage door.

Angi5From start to finish the experience & service was phenomenal they stay in contact with you through out the whole process. I first called to just have my door rebuilt with new components they sent technician Aiden Rezendes out when he showed up he had an awesome attitude while he looked over our door saw what i needed & told me the deal that my door was a very old & cheap quality door & told me up front before i do an estimate on the rebuild its gonna be cheaper to do a brand new install from top to bottom i loved his non beat around the bush honesty i told him well give me two one for the rebuild one for a new one so he did & when i got the estimates i was shocked it was roughly $200 cheaper to get a brand new unit he told me I'm not here to rip you off but make sure you get the right & safe door for your needs once again no B.S. honesty which had us sold we agreed on the deal i gave him the half up front (which is required) & thanked him for everything a week later installer Michael Zagroski showed up on time for the install we exchanged greetings asked him if i needed to move anything & let him get to it about 3hrs later the job was done he made us aware one of the panels was damaged (from the supplier) & he refused to use it & or make us wait for a new panel so he had someone grab a new one from the warehouse he did a amazing job installing the door. We will definitely use them again & reccomend to everyone we know would give a A+ if i could Services Rendered: Garage Door Service

Angi5It's costly but the technicians were very helpful. They explained everything. They did not pressure me to buy it. They did a really good job installing everything. They were very clean. Cleaned up after themselves. Services Rendered: I had some problems with other company. The opener they installed was not working properly and they went out of business, so I called this company to re-do it.
