I had a rather difficult one-car garage door in need of replacement at an old home that required some creativity and foresight due to the confines of the opening/overhead. Fortunately Anthony Waltz , the owner of ATW Door Systems, knows his craft well and, along with his experienced team, was able to work around the confined area, perform quality work, install the "most attractive garage door in the neighborhood" and--a big plus here!--leave the work site spotless. And when a minor issue arose afterwards, he promptly returned and resolved it expeditiously and without a second thought or added cost. As a Virgo perfectionist, I strongly recommend Anthony and his company for your garage door needs. I wish all my encounters with contractors went so well!!! Overall good job. Called with a dead garage door opener that was from the 80's, they showed up, said it should be replaced, had a unit in the truck, switched it out on the spot, took the old unit, and were out pretty quick. Didn't saleman talk to me just shot straight and got the job done. A good job. Services Rendered: Did just fine. Showed up, looked at the faulty garage door opener, replaced it so I had it for the next day, and took the old unit with him when he left. Everything is working fine.

Everything went well, but I did have to call them to come back after the insulation to caulk around the trim. Services Rendered: Replaced two rotting wooden garage doors with insulated steel doors that were a very near match in design and color.

I received 3 bids to install a new garage door system. I felt very comfortable with the Company, it's installation process and recommendations. Pricing was competitive based on 3 bids reviewed. Because of the upgrade in door selected (Heritage 3000 by AMARR) the order was placed and we had to wait for delivery of the door. Approx wait was 3-4 weeks Door arrived and I received a call requesting a install date. Next week they were here, on time, to install. Definitely appreciated the day before call reminding me they were coming. Door installed within a few hours. Upon inspection, the technician and I noticed dents on the inside & that the outside seams did not match up correctly. Pictures taken and forwarded to the office. Within the week, a senior tech came out to investigate. It was determined that the flaw ( did not affect operation of the door ) was a flaw from manufacturer of the door and not Garage Door Group. Another door was ordered immediately at no cost. New door installed once it arrived and was examined carefully. Great service and caring from the Garage Door Group. Services Rendered: New upgraded garage door and lift mechanism installed
