The two team members that were here Chase and Zac were AWSOME! They worked hard and cleaned up as they went and at the end of the time they explained everything so clearly! Been having some issues with my door opener for some time now. Finally decided to call and they sent a service tech out right away...less than 2 hours Tim was at my house. He diagnosed the problem and got me all set up and back working for a very reasonable fee. Tim was a great guy and I look forward to working with them again when I build my shop hopefully later this year.
Great experience with the company. Called on a Sunday morning, they were out within the hour and replaced the spring ,did a great job! The technician's name was Tim- very courteous, quick, and efficient! Would recommend highly!
Called Monday afternoon and was able to get scheduled for Tuesday morning. Derrick called while on the way to give me an estimated arrival time. He surveyed the problem and gave me two options, I chose the best one for me and he went to work. Two hours later he was done and the door was working perfectly. Besides knowing how to fix it and having everything he needed, he was very friendly.
We have always received great service from Will and his associates. He always has an answer to any questions I have regarding the multiple doors at our property and is quick to find a solution to any problems. In addition, their response time is great and they are usually on site the same day we have an issue. I would highly recommend this company as a preferred vendor for your properties overhead door needs.
I was very impressed with this company. From start to finish Robert- service coordinator Zach - repair technician Dan- residential salesperson Tim - install technician Office personnel answering the phone- I NEVER went straight to voicemail, which is odd these days. My 78 year old door crumbled at repair. We tried. While getting quotes from various companies for a new door, Dan was the only company that included a brochure showing options. After 3 days of attempting to try to tell others what I wanted and with no response to brochure requests. No brainer- Dan at Overhead had already giving me all that I needed to make a decision with a competitive price. Experience is what I was looking for. Experience is what I saw when Tim installed my door to my 78 year old garage, not his first rodeo. There was never any trash laying around in the yard from door removal and I expected to see debris, no indeed, he maintained a clean work area. Tim was very organized and except for the truck, you wouldn't have known he was there. Thank you for helping me accomplish this with no stress. Renee
Our service technician was a Eleto S****. He was punctual, professional and very proficient. He replaced the spring on our overhead garage door in less than 45 minutes. Eleto was very thorough and very courteous as well.
Last week Tim installed a door for me in an old outbuilding. I had to remove the previous carriage doors and build the frame for the new door - which was a challenge for me! Tim reviewed my work on Monday and gave me some advice, then installed the door on Friday when it was a brutal 95 degree day. He was so pleasant to work with and did such a great job. I cannot give enough kudos for the experience I have had with Overhead Door and Tim in particular.
