Justin was ever so polite and professional. He explained what was happening and causing the problem. After he completed the repairs, he patiently showed me how to open the garage door remote so l will be able to replace the battery. If more companies had technicians like Justin, their businesses would be extremely successful. Kudos to Justin. 10 Stars for Justin. Thank you very much.

We just closed on a new house. At the end of day one, the garage door stopped working and began smoking profusely. I call Precision and they were on top of it. The service person arrived much sooner than expected. He inspected the opener and confirmed it was dead. He was very knowledgeable about the different door openers they carry. Once installed, he programmed the door, knew everything about the apps and explained in detail about all the features. Precision was an excellent fit for me!!

I found this company online and my appointment was the next day. Our tech came over analyze the issue and started to work. He explained everything to us. He was very friendly and respectful. We appreciate that more than anything. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with their garage. I can barely hear my garage open and closes. Awesome!!!

Justin Bognar, the technician, arrived promptly at the time he said he would be at my residence, assessed the damaged to my garage door and and gave me multiple options to fix the issue. There was no pressure to replace everything, and best options were given along with a great lifetime warranty on the parts. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service, a live person answered my inquiry 7/8:00 at night on a Sunday and was able to schedule my repair directly.

Great experience with Precision. This was our first time working with the company. Justin B was our technician and he did a great job of getting in and diagnosing the issue, explaining the work that needed to be done and completing the job efficiently and completely in a single visit. The work came complete with a lifetime warranty and was done at a fair price. He showed me where the door worked well and where it was deficient or could use some care. We'll be sure to come back the next time we need work on our garage door system.

We had a fantastic experience! We discovered an issue with our garage door at 7pm and I went on the website and it stated that they make appointments 24/7, so I called full expecting to have an automated system answer. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually talked to a person who was able to make me an appointment for the following day. The tech came and showed me the issue and gave me so many options to repair the issue, and explained everything extremely well. Highly recommend!

I just use precision garage door to repair my broken springs on my garage door. I thought it was the best thing that I was able to make an appointment on Friday afternoon with service the next day without any problem ! I had Justin as my technician, and he was great, and on time. Justin is a great technician. Very polite, respectful and explained exactly what was going on. Called to make an appointment to get a quote for two new garage doors. The receptionist collected all of our information and gave us an appointment date and time. Our doorbell rang. When I called back 21 minutes later, NONE of our information was saved (name, contact information, or even the appointment time).

Our garage door stopped opening because it was so old. Bill and Logan from Precision came out and told us they could do a new opener for us. I was worried about the price but it was incredibly reasonable! We got a new opener, a new keypad, new safety sensors, 2 remotes, and a new light switch/opener on the wall. They accomplished all of this within 2 hours and were very polite, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use them! We had a technician come out and he said it would cost over $1700. We decided to get a second opinion and the only thing that was broken was a spring that cost $200! They tried to rip us off and get us to redo the whole entire garage door, door opener and track.

I called Precision Garage Door this morning to have my garage door cable repaired and made an appointment. I was told that a technician would arrive between noon and 2 PM. At 11:15 AM, the technician called to say he would be running a little late but expected to be here between 1 and 2 PM. I told him that was fine, it was not an emergency. Ten minutes later their office called to tell me that they had a scheduling problem. I told them the technician had just called and he would be here between 1 and 2. They put me on hold for several minutes and then told me that everything was OK and apologized for keeping me on hold for so long. I told them it was not a problem and hung up. By 4 PM, I called them back as the technician had not arrived yet any I had not been contacted about this delay. I was told that they had decoded that they could not provide service to me and that my account has been flagged "by management". They could not tell me why they could not provide service. So, they not only decided not to fix my garage door for some unknown reason (smells like discrimination to me), they didn't even have the common decency to contact me and tell me they weren't coming. I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option.

This was a great experience. Tech was very friendly and they were able to set up an appointment very quickly after we had a spring break. After reviewing the damage they offered three different options to fix at different prices and didn’t try to push us towards any more expensive items. We still ended up doing a full equipment replacement. Love the way the new system looks and can’t get over how quietly it runs. They offered a few more options at the end, but again didn’t push us at all on trying to buy, so we appreciate the honest approach. Will definitely call them first in future for any other needs. I had a great experience with precision. They told me what it would cost on the phone, showed up on time and did a great job. I was impressed with how fast they were able to schedule an appointment. I called at 5pm and they were here at noon the next day. To top it off, the technician was a great guy. He answered all my questions, taught me a thing or two about garage doors in the process. Its refreshing to find a vendor that is so responsive and deserving of praise.

Their tech (Howard) was available within hours of my call and he did a great job. My garage door was not closing properly (constantly opening and closing or stopping at the wrong place). He could have just sold me a new unit for $800, but instead he replaced a few parts (including a free replacement of the light bulb holder) and installed new springs. Door works perfectly now. It cost me over $650.00 to replace 6 automatic garage door rollers with associated parts. Ridiculous ! I was also told that a service call would be $50.00. When the service tech got here it was $65.00. Every complaint you read about this company is the same issue. They overcharge. I also thought the service tech was unclear when asking about pricing.

Had a few issues with the garage door at our business. The guys from Precision came out quickly and assessed the issue same day. I love that they worked around our schedule to figure out a time to do the repair work that wouldn't conflict with business. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgable. They even managed to address a few issues that we did not even know about until they came out. We will be trusting Precision Door Service with all of our business' needs in the future!
