Google5I got the cord that hangs down from the Garage Door opener caught in the vent window of my van when I was backing it into my garage. Before I realized, it stopped the door from working. It was up and I couldn't get it down. I called these guys and they said they would come out later in the day. Great, because I have a bear that comes around after dark and I make sure that door is closed. The gentleman that I spoke with suggested that I might be able to do it myself , if he talked me through it. In a couple of minutes it was up and running. I bought this door from them and was very happy with both the door and the men that installed it. Now, they just saved me money and saved my garage from that bear. I couldn't be happier.

Google1Made an appointment for an estimate rushed home from work , no call no show. I texted and called them. Received a response through text he would need to reschedule for the next day he was running late. I agreed , but asked if he could not make it to please let me know by 4pm so I could do the other errand I needed to take care. So here we are day two and 2 and a half hours after scheduled appointment. No call, no text, no show. Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate waste of time. Now I have wasted two days and accomplished nothing to fix my garage. If you actually want to get the work done I would recommend using someone that will show up.

Google5We worked with Cox Garage Doors on our residential project and are more than satisfied with the final result. Russell is attentive to detail and it showed throughout the installation process and in the finished work. He and his crew were respectful, personable, and knowledgeable. They stayed until the job was done properly and to their company's exacting standards. I highly recommend them for your garage door install.

BBB5We accidentally backed into our garage door and determined it needed replacement afterwards. I called and arranged advice and quotes from several companies but what I learned through Cox Garage Doors was very informative and most useful. The materials and products they use are superior grade but nothing was pushed on us or up-marketed. We were able to select a high quality door, much better than our old one. When installation day came, Russell and his crew went above and beyond to not only replace our door but made improvements to the original install framing, a major improvement for us. They were very considerate and got right to work and focused on a task they knew very well. Everything went perfectly and we are pleased as punch. I don't write reviews but had to speak out, Cox Garage Doors exceeded our expectations, the cost was very reasonable and we are happy as can be. Highly recommend!

Google5How rewarding to find a vendor that is truly responsive to the client's need! Although the problem with my home's garage door was minor and readily resolved, Cox stayed to service the door and be certain it was working properly. Not to mention - they came out within hours after I called! Being a Friday when the issue was reported I was fully prepared to be manually operating the door for a few days. Google5One garage door was damaged so we chose to replace both - hoping to have quieter doors and updated tech. Cox gave us good quotes. There was long waiting period ( not the reason for lower rating ) because of supply/demand and manufacturing issues. They came out and replace the doors in a day before Thanksgiving 2022 - job was very well done, clean and without any hassel. Lower rating is for lack of follow up communications. Told the installers that garage door is making too much noise when they installed ( 80+ decibles as compared to 65db on installing noise reduction spacers) - was told to talk to the Russell. We had no response from them. I finally installed anti vibration spacers in one door and asked if they can come and check it out for stability etc- they said they will but never did. So finally installed the spacers in then other door. No follow up from Cox. For what we paid, would expect some follow up response and support to stand by their work. Will update review if we hear back. PS - update. We were contacted back and offered to schedule a day to fix the issue. As long as its done, would definitely recommend and use their services for future needs.

Google5Not only a family business but a community business. They went above and beyond with storing my garage doors until I was ready two months later. They substituted side mount openers due to space constraints at no extra charge. Competent and personable workers made the install a breeze. Couldn't be any happier with the quality of the doors and the workmanship. All at a very competitive price! Wish more businesses were like this one.

Google5Could not be happier with our experience. Had emergency and called first thing this AM. They were Johnny on the spot. Re arranged their schedule to accommodate us. Came out and easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. The invoice was more than fair and the service from them was spectacular. Google5We had two new garage doors with openers installed by them. Cox was very helpful in helping us pick the style of door that would look best with our home, and were very knowledgeable about the differences in the various categories of doors available. As for the installation process, they did an incredible job, were very nice, and cleaned everything up after they were done, including removing the old doors and openers. We have been very pleased with the quality of the doors. We bought the insulated doors, and it has made a real difference in the temperature in our garage, both in the summer and in the winter. Finally, we LOVE the new garage door openers. They are shockingly quiet, can be set to close automatically, and can be opened and closed on our cell phones. This makes it easy to arrange deliveries when we are away, or to allow family/friends into the house if they get there while we are still out. We wouldn't hesitate to use Cox again, and recommend them very highly.

Yelp5On time. Quality work. I can open my door with one hand and the seal is great. Could not have been better. These are the guys you want! When they left everything was cleaned up.
