Called Ferguson's when not only did the spring to our garage door break but the opener malfunctioned too. We were literally locked in by our garage door when a piece to the emergency pulley broke also! Tyler came the next morning, on a Friday, ordered the part, returned on Tuesday to install the spring and a new opener. I call that fast service! Can't thank him enough. He's professional, knowledgeable and very nice. He did a great job. Can't thank him enough.
