Google5They were the quickest repair people I could find when my garage door froze. They were prompt and professional. Of course, the door worked fine when I went to show them what was wrong. They checked it over, tweaked, and lubed it, and it's still working well. Thanks.

Google5Sometimes you think the garage door is up and you back out fast, and then realize it's still down. Our special size garage door and its frame were totally bent and there was no way that door was going to open until it was replaced. Overhead came out right away to assess the situation, which definitely required a new door and frame. Being a special size required several weeks wait, but the wait was worth it. The installers were so nice and professional, and their work was excellent. I have a beautiful garage door that works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company if you are ever in need of garage door services.

Google5Overhead door company of Olmsed County did exactly what they said they would do. They kept me informed of when materials were to be in and notified me of the installation date well in advance of the install. Tanner and Kevin did an outstanding job for the install. They listened to what my needs were and were efficient, hard working and concise. Tanner had to leave (after putting in a full day) to pick up his children which made me glad to see that Overhead door of Olmsted County puts family first! Both Tanner and Kevin returned on Monday for a short time to finish the job. The doors and assembly look and operate perfectly. Thank you! Ken and Lisa E.

Google5They were prompt, wore uniforms displaying the company logo. Arrived on time in a utility van wrapped with the company logs and were well groomed, clean and neat appearance. They listened to my issue of the garage door coming up on its own and they deleted all codes on both doors and the wall unit. They then reprogrammed both remotes and the wall. They were efficient.

Google5My entire experience with Overhead Door Company was pleasant and hassle-free! 1) I emailed them for an estimate, they got in contact right away and came out like the next day. 2) Got the quote immediately in email but wasn't sure about buying yet. Months later, I called to finally place the order. They pulled up my quote and got it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. 3) The install guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did a perfect job as far as I can tell. Great, easy experience, and so far great product! Thanks

Google5Amazing service and pricing. Very professional and came out the same day even though Christmas was fast approaching. They replaced both of our garage door springs and serviced the door. It runs better than it has since we bought the house. Other places in town were less prompt and acted put off when we asked for an estimated time frame for a technician to come out. The bill was a good 40% lower than what I anticipated from reading online average prices for this service. We will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend to anyone in town. Thanks!!!

Yelp2Service was excellent. However billed me for more than they quoted me and then back pedalled saying they didn't know I needed a complete install but I had proof in a message that I indicated this. Said the labor was 4.5 hours, they were only there 3.75. They made mistakes in what they quoted me but didn't want to take responsibility for that. Tried over charging me by $75.

Google5Very quiet Garage Door done professionally from their office to when the job was done. I'm glad I went with this company. Price was affordable.
