Google5I am very impressed with Rise and Shine garage door services. They were so helpful over the phone and setting up my appointment expediently special shout out to Brandon who thoroughly assessed my garage door situation did a point by point garage door inspection, and made recommendations and fixed all on the spot. My garage door is now working seamlessly and I am very happy with the overall experience. I will certainly use rise and shine again if I am having any further garage door issues in the future

Google5I am very satisfied with Rise & Shine. We woke up to a snapped spring so the door wouldn't open (great start to a Monday morning). I started searching for garage door repair and came across their page. Booking the appointment online was easy (at 6am) and , I got a call shortly after 7 saying they could have someone out in the next 1-2 hours. I was sent a text to let me know they were on the way and could even track it to know when they would be here. Andrew arrived and was super knowledgeable, professional and I felt like he really wanted to help. He listened to my concerns and was able to address everything for a fair price. The interest-free payment plan is fantastic, especially when garage door repairs/replacements weren't at the top of the to-do list, but it helps make it affordable and it is hard to beat next-day install. Andrew just left and I already got my text confirming tomorrow's install appointment. Looking forward to getting the new doors tomorrow and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair/replace their doors. They are amazing to work with!

Google5Both David and Nick did an excellent job with my estimate! I dealt more with Nick, and he was efficient, professional, and did a great job explaining all my options! Mike and his partner, whose name i didn't get, were wonderful installing my new garage door! They were nice, professional, and got the job done in under the estimated time. Our new door looks and functions great!

Google5I contacted Rise and Shine after seeing the positive reviews posted online, and I'm glad I did! Jamison was out the following morning to assess the situation, and give us a breakdown of what needed to be done along with different price options. A couple days later we chose an option, and scheduled the repair. Jamison arrived promptly the following morning, and did a thorough job troubleshooting and repairing the door. He explained what to look for in the future, and was very friendly. We will definitely call the next time we run into any door trouble!

Google5Our experience w/ Rise n Shine has been exceptional. My Initial call was promptly & courteously answered. I was told to expect a text indicating when to expect the technician. The text arrived and included a picture of the tech to anticipate. That was a nice safety bonus. Jason was exceptional. He quickly grasped the problem, offered several options to remedy our need, and set about correcting our problem. He completed the repair in good time. Rise n Shine was recommended to us and we will definitely recommend to others.

Google5Logan was extremely friendly. He shared all the details of the issue and what he is going to do. He was super quick and did some adjustments to the other garage door without charging me. The experience was so great that I would not call anyone but Rise and Shine garage any time I have any issue. I'll tell all my friends and family to use Rise and Shine garage. Great job Logan and Chris!

Google5The best customer service experience in a long while. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He did a impressive job installing the garage door opener and explaining the operation of everything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door service. A+

Google5Our main coil spring broke on our garage door on Easter Sunday, trapping our car inside. We had several doctor appointments the following morning! I thought this would be a very costly and inconvenient repair. I called three other garage door service companies with either no response or expensive Sunday up-charges. I was thoroughly relieved when Rise and Shine was able to have a repairman on site in less than an hour. The repair was excellent and the cost was very reasonable.
