Google5Extremely fast service. I had part break on my garage door on New Years Day. It was fixed by 10am the next morning. I would definitely recommend

Google5From the person answering the phone, to the person that repaired my garage door opener and the billing process everything was professional, well done and stress-free. If you want your job done well and on time I recommend Thompson's without reservation.

Google5Our house recently burned down and our garage was also damaged. Thompson's garage door was able to order parts that were damaged in the fire and repair our existing opener. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the repairs and adjusted our garage door so it opens and closes easily. Very professional and friendly on the phone also. I would recommend Thompson's garage door to everyone. They came in under budget! Fantastic organization. Thank you!

Google5We hire Thompson's throughout the year for multiple projects and always have great results. Most recently was a project at my personal house. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before he left and the bill was more than fair!

Google5Great Job! I had a broken spring. I call Thompson's office after 2:00 PM, hoping I could get a service call yet the same day. They took all information and said the Service Techs would be there that day. They were here within an hour, had the correct parts and went right to work. They were done in less than an hour. Thanks again!! Great Service!!

Google5I had two garage doors installed today. They both look and work great. It is obvious the men who completed installation are pros and know there trade well. Highly recommend Thompson's. Out of the four companies I contacted two did not give me a call back and one sounded disinterested. Thompson's sale rep responded immediately and set up a mtg asap. The companies over all communication process was excellent. What said would happen did. I am very pleased with the whole process beginning to end. Thank you!

Google5My name is Dennis and I called Thompson garage door to help with my door not opening up. The nice lady on the phone was awesome told her what was going on and she quoted me a price and said they can be out in that afternoon. I work overnights so just gave them my info and went to bed woke up and it was like Santa came and fixed our door for us. You guys are awesome and will use again and again.

Google5The whole process of purchasing to installing new garage doors for our home was such a smooth process. Everyone was professional and courteous. The two installers (Wade was one, I can't remember the other's name) were on time and did a great job and were so helpful when I asked questions! Definitely recommend them for quality products and service!!

Yelp5We were getting ready to leave and our garage door side cables just snapped. Called Thompson's garage door, they were out in 3h with a courtesy call before coming, and we're done very quickly!Dustin was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Yelp4I've had Thompson's fix /change out several garage doors on my rentals, and they have done a great job. They are professional, listened to what I needed, and assisted by recommending appropriate changes. The only thing that knocks them is that you need a credit card before they come out. With all my contracting, this is one of only 2 businesses I have dealt with that does this. I don't blame them and haven't had a problem but can't give that last full star for that reason. I recommend them and will use them again.

Yelp2I received a message acknowledging my review. As stated in my review, the door is great, we are happy with the work. 90% of the problem is the result of how it's been handled. We did not get a written estimate. Bruce was in a hurry, mistakes can be made and we understand that, but it has never been acknowledged, and the way our concerns have been addressed has been disappointing. Based on these events, my review stands.
