UPDATE:
After posting the review and calling the company, my original salesperson, Ken, was able to resolve the issue with my door handles and address the concerns I had. I'm very appreciative of him for taking the time to work through everything, and I've updated my review to reflect their responsiveness.

I've had a really unfortunate time with Felluca doors over the last few months. After an initially positive experience with the sales rep, I ordered two garage doors for a reasonable price. However the install, which came about six weeks later, was really disappointing. The team who came out failed to install handles on the doors, leaving them on the floor, and then left the property with the doors open. The garage was left unattended and open for about four hours before I was able to return to the property.
After I called the company to ask that the door handles be put on, I received a pretty hostile response with the rep insisting that the handles were there but I "couldn't see them because they're the same color as the door." When I insisted that the handles weren't there, they said they'd get someone out to fix the handles. It's been two months since there and I still don't have handles. I called back again this week, and got another hostile response from the team who told me they didn't need to put them on because "it's not on the invoice."
In both instances I reiterated my disappointment with the service and the fact that my garage was left wide open. However, unfortunately, the teams responses were to essentially shrug their shoulders and say there's nothing they could do about it.
Im very disappointed in the customer service from Felluca. The company came highly recommended by friends and family but at this point there's no way I would be able to recommend this company to anyone.
