Google5We had Felluca door co. over on monday december 4 to install a liftmaster unit and a touch pad .David O , the tech was on time ,very efficient and neat . we have new wires also now .David was very good at explaining the usage of the wall , touchpad and the remotes. We are very impressed with his fine work. We have used Felluca many times in the past and with the fine work done on monday, we will continue to in the future. mrs. and mr. Powers

Google5UPDATE: After posting the review and calling the company, my original salesperson, Ken, was able to resolve the issue with my door handles and address the concerns I had. I'm very appreciative of him for taking the time to work through everything, and I've updated my review to reflect their responsiveness. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've had a really unfortunate time with Felluca doors over the last few months. After an initially positive experience with the sales rep, I ordered two garage doors for a reasonable price. However the install, which came about six weeks later, was really disappointing. The team who came out failed to install handles on the doors, leaving them on the floor, and then left the property with the doors open. The garage was left unattended and open for about four hours before I was able to return to the property. After I called the company to ask that the door handles be put on, I received a pretty hostile response with the rep insisting that the handles were there but I "couldn't see them because they're the same color as the door." When I insisted that the handles weren't there, they said they'd get someone out to fix the handles. It's been two months since there and I still don't have handles. I called back again this week, and got another hostile response from the team who told me they didn't need to put them on because "it's not on the invoice." In both instances I reiterated my disappointment with the service and the fact that my garage was left wide open. However, unfortunately, the teams responses were to essentially shrug their shoulders and say there's nothing they could do about it. Im very disappointed in the customer service from Felluca. The company came highly recommended by friends and family but at this point there's no way I would be able to recommend this company to anyone.

Google5David just left my house and I am so grateful for his service. He did a fantastic job servicing my doors, explained everything to me before he even started. He replaced my keypad, programmed everything, showed me a couple of things I never knew. I can't tell you how happy I am, I called my former garage door company all summer, begging to set up an appointment, no luck. I called Felluca last Thursday and got an appointment for this morning. Thank you Felluca and David, I feel so much safer with my doors now. You are AWESOME!!

Google5My garage door had suddenly stopped working and a service technician was able to come take a look at it the same day. It was repaired and working again in just about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Felluca Doors for quick and efficient service!

Google5Our garage door opener had suddenly stopped working, and I received several recommendations to contact Felluca. I'm so glad I did! When I called, I explained the problem, and an appointment was scheduled to have a technician come out. Our technician far exceeded my expectations for his knowledge of what repairs were needed, and he didn't try to oversell me into something that was out of our budget. Our very old Genie garage door opener just needed some parts, a spring needed to be replaced, then some overall grease was needed in other parts. My garage door works better than it has in years and is much quieter! I will absolutely call Felluca Overhead Doors in the future.

Yelp5Installer was very conscientious. When I had a question about the door operation they insisted on sending a technician out. Dave, the technician, thoroughly explained why the door was not closing. It was a crooked sensor. Proved his theory that it was off center, corrected the issue. Showed me how to correct it should it get knocked off center in the future. I couldn't be happier with the product, installation and the customer service.

BBB5We have always used Falluca Garage doors. We have lived in Spencerport, NY for 23 years. We have had to have replacement of a door lift and sensors of the original (when we bought the house). (two car garage -two electric doors) They have responded quickly by coming out in emergencies in the middle of terrible winter weather. They have always been respectful and professional. Ken came out, recently, to give us an estimate on two new garage doors and he went over all of our options and we ended up very happy. Yesterday the two doors and one door lifter and the tracks were installed by James. He was wonderful. He was professional and friendly. He knew his job well. He answered all my questions and went over everything and testing everything and explained the maintenance that needs to be done yearly, even showing me how to do it easily. James did a great job. We are very happy with our new garage doors and Falluca.

BBB5Called for garage door not opening. Called Felluca Garage Doors. A technician was out the same day that I called. The tech, Rich, did the repair work to the door opener motor, and as he was working on the motor detailed what he was doing, why he was doing it explaining and then he replaced some hinges on the door, lubricated all parts. A very courteous and professional in all aspects of the repair.

Google5My wife and I have used Felluca Overhead doors a couple of times now and they have always been fantastic. The first time I called for service, I was having trouble connecting a new remote to an older model garage door opener. I scheduled a technician to come out to take a look. Before they came I received a call from them and the gentleman explained that what I was having done was very easy and he could save me a $110 service visit by going over the process with me on the phone. He was very helpful and I was able to get my remote connected for no charge. This past week the spring broke on our door and the technician came out within a day and now our door sounds brand new. Well we had some unexpected bills go through before we were able to pay them. I asked if they'd be willing to wait to bill me until Friday when my wife and I get paid. They were incredibly understanding and agreed to run my card at the end of the week. No late fee, no penalty just one understanding person. Thank You very much. I will recommend your company to anyone who will listen.

Yelp1I do not recommend this company because they behaved deceptively. I had a Felluca Overhead Doors representative come inspect my non-functioning garage door opener. The employee fiddled with the equipment a bit and declared it 'dead'. The ONLY option was to replace the whole device for $800. This was all done just for show. I had previously read the garage door instructions and watched them closely. The things he was 'inspecting' would not have caused the mechanism to do anything; it was misleading, deceptive behavior. After they left, I took an educated guess and swapped out the logic board for $89. It worked perfectly. Would you rather spend $89 for the part that was actually broken or $800 for a new installation? Felluca may do great installations of new garage door openers, but their repair service is not trustworthy in my opinion.

Yelp5We recently lost power for 4 days (underground cables got damaged in our neighborhood). Turns out the *only* way to get into our garage to get our cars / bikes is via the electric garage doors. Windows to the garage painted shut. Ooops! No power = no transportation! Whaaaa whaaaaa. In steps Felluca to the rescue! They installed a fantastic lock and key that can override the electric cables! They were quick to schedule the appointment, very thorough and patient in teaching us how to use the new override, and cleaned-up our garage doors while there. Very communicative as the driver got close, within the 3-hour window scheduled. We felt the pricing for parts & labor was very fair. And money well-spent, should we lose power again!

Yelp5I had Felluca install my garage doors a few years ago. I have called them for maintenance two times over the past 8 years. The latest was to repair a broken cable. They responded to my call within 24 hours and had it repaired along with some preventive work in a very short time. The technician was very helpful when I asked questions about what I could do to maintain the doors in the future. I will continue to call Felluca for any future work since they do a good job a a reasonable price.

Angi5A spring broke on our garage door leaving the door stuck down. I called Felluca a few minutes before 500pm requesting help. Since we didn't need the cars that night, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Right at the appointment time, the Felluca repairman showed up. The repairman discussed the pro's and con's of replacing both springs as they were of the same age. It made sense and I had him go ahead and do it. The repair was made quickly and garage door inspected and found to be working correctly. I could not have asked for faster or more courteous service. Angi5Called for service on broken cable on garage door. Felluca able to come out the very next morning to perform the repair. The repairman was professional, on time (even slightly earlier than expected), quickly replaced garage door cables and installed a brace that was much needed for warping garage door track. The repair cost was very reasonable. Our garage door works better and quieter than ever. We will definitely hire Felluca for any future garage service that we need. Angi5Great! Spring broke on a Sunday. I called and left a message on Sunday to "get in line" for Monday. I called Monday morning, springs were replaced by xxxxx. I thought cost was reasonable for 2 heavy duty torsion springs, installed. Tech performed general inspection and adjustment of opener belt tension. Services Rendered: Replace torsion springs on overhead garage door.
