Google5Got a call from the daughter around noon, she was at the garage entrance and said the garage door wouldn't open. I didn't have time nor the parts and tools to fix it, it was a broken torsion spring. Called Roadrunner Garage Door Repair and asked if they could help. They said they could be at my place in the next couple hours. One hour later they were at my door. I showed them the garage door, they gave me a quote to change both springs, I agreed, and not even 30 minutes later the door was working again. Very friendly, easy to work with, no mess. Roadrunner Garage Door Repair is the company I would recommend if you need service on your garage door.

Google5Not surprised at all by all Roadrunner's good reviews. Philip is a rock star! He is honest, efficient, on time, personable and did a great job of installing my new garage door openers. I could give a long description of how responsive he was to my initial inquiry and how professional he was installing the units. But that would be a waste of time. I really wouldn't bother getting any other quotes or contacting any other installer in the Penfield area. I really mean that.

Google5Called Roadrunner Garages Door Repair to check out our very squeaky garage door. The office was very helpful when I called and an appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Joe arrived at our home on time, as promised. He quickly identified the cause of the squeaking on our garage door and explained how he would fix it and exactly how much it would cost. He was done with the repair in no time and the price was exactly what he quoted before the work began. I have the phone number for Roadrunner Garages Door Repair programmed in my phone and happily recommend them to anyone in need of service in Rochester and the area!

Google5On a Saturday morning, my garage door stopped functioning and became stuck in the middle, so I urgently needed a repair. Fortunately, the technician answered my question and arrived within a few hours. In order to make the door move more smoothly, he replaced the snapped cable, straightened the door, and slightly changed where the cables were located. I am overjoyed and will continue to call him if I require additional assistance in the future. He is dedicated to his profession, an excellent communicator, and hardworking. It's difficult to find people like him.

Google5Excellent work done by Roadrunner Overhead Door. I had another garage door company from Rochester come to my house and tell me that my door need to be replaced. Why?? That is what Joshua from Roadrunner asked. So he did some parts changing and oiled the door. When he opened it up I could tell that the problem is gone and that the door is working perfectly. Glad I called Roadrunner and glad I got Joshua to service the door. You won't find better.

Google5Simply the best. Explain things simple clearly. Value for money. I will call Roadrunner Garage Doors again! Our garage door opener finally gave up on us so I called Roadrunner Garage Doors to get an opinion. On the phone Joshua was extremely easy to talk to and so we made an appointment. It was also Joshua who arrived and inspected my opener and suggested to keep the opener since the problem is a broken spring. Such honesty by Joshua! In less than 30 minutes I had the door up and running. No need for new opener! Thank you Roadrunner Garage Doors.

Yelp5I know one thing: When you see something worth a review, don't be lazy and help both the business and the customers meet each other. So I am writing a review to let you all know that Roadrunner garage door repair is a company worth my time and worth my words. And that you will thank me after you hire them to service your garage door. Never needed to use garage door service before, and when I got a job opportunity in Rochester I did not hesitate (Yes winter I know). But I think that spending part of your life in the snow is kind of cool. The previous tenant had no remotes for the garage door, and there was no way to open it from outside. Henry from Roadrunner came and installed new key less entry and gave us 2 remotes. No need to spend a fortune. $100 including the tip and the garage door is not opening from the car. Glad to review and glad can recommend.

Yelp5I was recommended to go to Roadrunner Repair and am so glad that I did. My phone had multiple issues that happened almost overnight; the ring/silent toggle was not working at all, the speaker was nearly inaudible, and my phone would reboot every 20 minutes. Steven took a quick look at it, found water damage, dried it out and cleaned it up all for next to nothing! He also put a new battery in for free! I've recommended him to several people since and they have all left satisfied. If you or anyone you know ever needs phone repairs in Rochester, go to Steven at Roadrunner.

Yelp5My front screen on my iPhone 6S was cracked glass was falling out. As with the iPhone 6s. It's crazy hard to repair as they make all the sensors harder to take apart and fix. Anyway he fixed it flawlessly and it's been well over months and I still don't have any problems. I'm going back again this time for my battery as Apple sent out a notice I have a defective battery. Will update after they fix it Just got my replacement battery done on my iPhone 6s works amazing. This is the only local place I go for work on my apple products

Yelp5This place is great. I had them fix the broken screen on my iphone 6 and it was fixed professionally within 30 minutes. They also installed a new screen protector for the screen at no extra charge. Their service is great and so are their prices. I highly recommend them.

Yelp5My phone was literally run over by a car and my iPhone screen was a mess! Within 40 minutes, my phone was completely repaired! Steve was professional, friendly and thorough. The owner Steven truly has your best interest at heart. He will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. Also the store is full of discounted accessories for your phone. If I could I would give this place twelve stars.

Yelp5AMAZING! My daughter broke her iphone 6 (screen was destroyed). I set up an appointment online on sunday night for Monday at 1030. Steven came to my house (NO CHARGE for them to come to you!!!) and fixed the phone in his vehicle! He was on time, very friendly and had the phone working perfectly in less than a half an hour! The repair was cheaper than Apple or any of the mall repair places (and the screen protector was 1/3 the cost of Apple or the mall places) They also DO accept credit cards on the go! I am thrilled with our experience! Thank you!!

Yelp5I am so clumsy, I dropped my brand new iPhone 6s Plus and the screen shattered. I was so upset. I got my phone as a gift so I was devastated. I googled phone repairs and saw roadrunner repairs. I work all the time so it's hard to make an appointment with the Apple Store. What's amazing about this company is that they came right to my work! It doesn't get any more convenient than that! They had my phone looking brand new in less than 30 minutes! They are affordable also. The price depends on the model of your phone but I would pay 3x what they charged me for the convenience and the quality of work they did. Definitely recommend!
