Tracey Door was 100% perfect, from start to finish. Our double garage door would not close and was moving in a choppy manner. Scheduling the repair was easy, they arrived promptly and fixed our door on the first try. The door now moves smoothly and operates like it is brand new.

We needed a broken cable on garage door replaced. The 2 man crew replaced the cables on both sides of the door adjusted the tracks and lubricators the doors at no additional charge. They were very efficient and polite and charged a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke off in the morning and I called Tracey Door because they were the original installers back in 1994 when the home was built by Spall Homes. Every single aspect of this experience was a 5-star. When I first called, an actual person (Michelle) picked up who was courteous and knowledgeable. The problem discovery was quick and professional. I gave them the original lot number and they pulled up all the details. For confirmation, she gave me a phone number and I took a picture of the door and texted it to her. Later I got a call from them where the details of the required repair and the price of parts and labor were clearly explained to me. The technician showed up during the designated time and was quick in finishing the job. The price was very reasonable. Kudos to them for a job well done!

We have a modest home with a basic one car garage and the garage door needed to be replaced. So, you start looking at garage doors everywhere you drive (at least I do). There are some really nice homes with really good looking garage doors around the area. I contacted two companies and Tracey got right back to me. It's a basic door but we needed it to be a specific color. It only took about 5 weeks to get the estimate, order the door and have it installed. Everyone at Tracey Door was great. Thanks!

We had a Tracey garage door with glass, installed on May 30, 2023. Within a day the door was not performing correctly. We called, explained it needed some more work. They immediately sent out their Service Mgr, "Mark" and he saw the issue immediately and fixed it. Yet he felt the door needed some more work to make it look better. In a couple days later they sent out "Mike", their commercial installer, a perfectionist, and he worked on the frame of our garage and made it ecstatically much better on the inside and outside. We are VERY pleased with their whole company; from their service department to their office staff, Andrew, Jessica, Michelle, who all coordinated the whole effort. We highly recommend this company.

Tracey Door: Great supplier and installer.. We contacted Tracey Door for pricing and delivery time frames for two new garage door systems in March 2023. Andrew Tracy came to the house, looked at the garage door removals and installation, and covered all the selections and options with my wife and I. We visited the Tracey Door shop to make a deposit and finish looking at their selections and options. Three + weeks delivery then installation would be scheduled. The install date was scheduled to start 4/5/23. Josh headed up the installation crew with a helper. They were organized, had all the tools and equipment for the work. The supplied materials and equipment was top notch quality. They worked for 5 hours on 4/5, made good progress. Josh returned on 4/6 and completed the installation work and covered customer operation and maintenance of the new equipment. He was very thorough with the instruction, and his jobsite cleanup was impeccable. I personally told Michelle what a good worker Josh was. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs. John K.

Just got our first house and had issues with the garage door sensors and the overhead light. They were able to get someone out pretty quick, he was incredibly friendly and explained a lot about my garage door for me. Fixed the problem and would absolutely call them back if another problem comes up in the future!

Very disappointed with them not backing their product. My son had 3 beautiful garage doors installed and 2 have serious dents in them. They were called and there has been no help from Tracey doors. They say someone must have backed into them with is impossible. The dents are uniformly across the doors. They have been no help to them on their beautiful newly built home. I would not recommend them. Your would think their customer service would be better!

This company has installed multiple doors for me at different locations and have also came out to repair my garage door. Every time they have done an exceptional job. When they leaves it looks fabulous and there's never any BS. They just come do the job nicely and leave. Also very competitive pricing and reasonable. I would definitely use this company again. Fortunately for me, I've known the owners of Tracey Door for many many years. They have installed garage doors on two different residences of ours. We have lived in our present residence for over 35 yrs and our Tracey Door is still working like the day it was installed. Their products are quality made and top of the line. The installers were very professional, meticulous about their work, cleaned up after themselves and helped me understand what I needed to do for general maintenance / upkeep of the door before they left. I always feel very confident in recommending them to friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Several of them have purchased garage doors through Tracey Door because of my recommendations and all of them have been very satisfied. The office staff is friendly and customer-oriented. They really treat you like family and care deeply about their reputation. This is a local family owned business. Don't hesitate to give them your business should you need garage door work.

They came out when they said they would and fixed our door for a reasonable price. The only issue was that I had to get them back out a few weeks later for a different issue on the same door. I feel they should have given us a break on the cost but we were again charged $80 plus tax. A call to Michelle at the company did not result in a discount. I would still recommend them b/c they are knowledgeable.

Spring broken on my garage door, can't even lift the door open and get car out. One car family, called to get emergency repair, was told I would have to wait over a week by a very unfriendly receptionist. Clearly not impressed!

Use this company! They came out within an hour even though there was a snow storm and they were super busy because they knew I had a very important doctors appointment. The first company I called wanted to charge me double to come out and said the spring would have to be replaced even without seeing it. Tracy was fantastic. The tech diagnosed it quickly and it only needed routine maintenance. They were courteous and professional. Can you tell I'm impressed with Tracy. I'll always use them in the future.

I called on 7/10/16 for an estimate on a broken single car garage door. Jessica came out on 7/12/16 and quoted me "Repair door - springs, cables, sheaves - $143 + tax". New keypad: $40 and new remotes: $35ea. I scheduled Tracey Door to come out on 7/26. I added an additional piece of trim to the order and we went over the cost. Tracey Door called on 7/25 and told me that they'd be arriving between 1 - 3. They arrived at 2pm. The installer proceeded to rip everything apart, replace everything, and then tried to program the new remotes. The new remotes couldn't be programmed so they just took them back with them and took them off the bill. The technician told me that "she didn't write it on the quote for safety springs and i had to put new ones on so that's an additional $15". They missed two things in the original quote: the safety springs, and the strut. It ended up costing me an additional $30 dollars over the original quote. I called Tracey door and expressed dissatisfaction with the idea that prices changed and was told "well I'm not the repairman so if additional things are needed at the time of a service call, then they'll charge you for that ..." So I guess, buyer beware of extra costs. Their line in the estimate that says "Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders". They don't apparently go by that. The repair went fine so I won't fault them on their workmanship or punctuality, but their estimates need to be all-inclusive and a worst case scenario. I will fault them on the fact that the installer didn't have the appropriate finish nails to hang the piece of trim and ended up using mine ( every 4 inches ). Services Rendered: Needed new springs, cables, sheaves, etc. for my garage door.
