Cropp's has given me great service for over 20 years, replacing broken garage door springs and making adjustments. My daughter-in-law's door recently failed to lower, and by phone, Cropp's helped me diagnose the problem. Then they sold me replacement sensors at a reasonable price and even gave me suggestions that allowed me to install the sensors myself. Cropp's is a model company, and I enthusiastically recommend them.

Garage door came off track. Called Crops. They made their best effort to accommodate me! They came over as I returned home from work. The techs diagnosed the problem. I thought I was going to need a new door installed but the techs said they could fix it. Efficient and knowledgeable. They saved me a sizable amount of money and we're done with the repair in no time! Highly recommended to anyone. I will always send business to Crops!! Thank you so much!

Got new garage doors and they look amazing. I shopped around and talked to Cropps and they had the best price. They also seemed to be the most professional. Old doors were taken out and hauled away new doors installed and door openers hooked up no problems at all. Best experience with a contractor I have had in a long time.

absolutely terrible customer service. I wanted something else done when the guy was here and he persuaded me not to do it because he said the part would probably cost too much. Let me be the judge of that the girl on the phone how disrespectful never again there's too many places that do this job.

I had to call on a Saturday (today) for emergency service. They picked up the phone as I was leaving a message at 9:00 am. In less than 2 hours Jason (?) was onsite making the repairs. He was very thorough and installed 2 doo-hickies on the cable to prevent another failure. Lubed everything up and fine-tuned the closure of door to meet with floor. I would recommend THIS Cropp's door service to anyone.

When my garage door was damaged, and another company in town tried to put me off for a week or so, I called Cropp's Door Service and the came out the same day. A new door was ordered and within 4-5 days they took down the old door and installed a new one so I could get back into my garage. They were very professional and did a Great job. These guys know what they're doing and I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable and the door is perfect.

Needed to have a family member's garage door in working order and was on a tight time frame. Anna helped me out and sent a technician right away who got the ancient door working....and, because I was doing all this via long distance, sent me photos to help me see what had been done and what was still in the garage. Then, when I came to Rockford this past week and the door stuck again, they sent another tech who showed me the motor was burning out, unhooked it from the motor and made the doors manual, which was perfect for our needs. Didn't charge for the second visit. Lovely people and very helpful and kind.

I had a broken spring above my garage door. They gave me a quote right away within the Yelp app, sight unseen. (Another company wouldn't give me a quote without coming out to see what my house looked like, ahem, I mean, without seeing the problem first.) They came out on the scheduled day and had it repaired within 30 minutes. They also adjusted the chain tension and door travel since it was a new opener that I installed...for free! Awesome! Highly recommend them!

The Technician showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was very diligent and hard working. Everything went smoothly and was done in an appropriate time. Cables on my garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Replacing the door was on my list of 2015 updates so when I called Cropps I explained that in addition to having the door fixed I was also considering buying a new door. They committed to having someone out first thing Monday morning and in the mean time I visited their web site and started looking at new door designs. I texted them on Sunday with a door I was interested in purchasing. They actually steered me towards an identical door from a different manufacturer that they claimed was better made at a lower cost. After visiting that manufacturer's web site I selected a door and asked for a quote. On Monday their technicians arrived before 8:00 AM and within 30 minutes had my old door fixed. Quote on new door was very competitive so I asked them to order and schedule an install date. They were able to schedule at my convenience, arrived on time, and did an excellent job in installing my new door. Love my new garage door and couldn't be happier with my experience with Cropps Door Service. Services Rendered: Repaired old garage door and they installed new.

The repairman was courteous; his family has been in this business for many years. He gave an air of confidence and acted like he knew what he was doing; and finished the job. I would call this company again, and feel confident they would respond if I had an emergency. Services Rendered: Was unable to repair my second opener, so programmed a new one and repaired the rubber on the bottom of the door.

Nice people to deal with. Very professional installation with details I did not expect such as rubber seals around the door and trim. This was the replacement of a 35 year old original door on the house. I wish I would have done this 10 years ago. Services Rendered: Replacement of garage door and opener. Price included windows and wi-fi enabled opener, kicking up the total end price about $400. Price very much in line if not better than the big box stores and installation time was the same.
