Very pleased. My garage door would not open. The repairman came out the next day right on time. He even waited about 4 minutes for me to get home as we had discussed that I would be home at 11am and he was there earlier. We had tried another outlet, but that still didn't work either. However, it did turn out to be an electrical problem and not anything with the opener. Instead of just figuring that out and leaving, the repairman checked out the entire garage door opener. He tightened the chain and oiled the hinges of the door.
Extremely pleased. My call was answered immediately. They could have come that day, but I was at work and we scheduled for the next afternoon. Chris was already there when I arrived home. He was professional and immediately went to work replacing the torsion spring and a roller ball bearing. He tested the door several times, did some fine tuning and was done in about 40 minutes. The price for labor and parts was very fair. I recommend and would hire Kishwaukee again.

The spring on my garage door broke at 11:30 AM yesterday. I called Kishwaukee door and left a message. I received a call back about 10 minutes later from the owner. He said he could come by in about 5-10 minutes. He showed up and fixed the spring. It was finished and working properly by 12:30 PM. All in 1 hour!!!! Great service!!!!!! Thank you very much Chuck L.
Chris came during the time he had said he would. Ordered new doors,I changed my mind on the color a couple of ddays later and he was ok with that. Id call them again,definitely. Services Rendered: Chris Bogle, Came and assessed my old garage doors and I ordered new ones. He was prompt and professional and I am very pleased with my new doors!
