Google5They were amaizing, I've had 2 garage incidents and they respond the same day and fixed the issue, the guys are great and friendly and know their stuff , I highly recommend them, thank you Bunnell's Overhead .

Google5So far they just came out for an estimate today, Chad (owner) was courteous and kind and honest with me about my needs for my home. He was also upfront about timelines, and made sure to close up my chainlink gate that I had mistakenly left open as I had told him I had 4 dogs. That is good business practice in my book, and a way to do business with potential clients!

Google5Chad and Michelle are such great people, so I knew right away that I would be using Bunnell's when my garage door sensor starting going on the fritz. The representative that came out took the time to troubleshoot it and found it was due to the mounting bracket. Some quick creative thinking and he had fabricated a new one that now works, despite the obstacles in the way. He even re-stapled the cords so they don't get in our way. Highly recommend!

Google5We wholeheartedly recommend Bunnell's for new gutter installation! We recently had a new roof put on and decided to replace the gutters and downspouts afterwards. Bunnell's gave a fair bid for replacing, answered all our questions and made sensible recommendations. No upselling, just fair honest service. The office and scheduling staff were also exceptional, and worked around the start date, as the roofing got delayed due to weather. Once the roof contractor was done, Bunnell's got to us in under a week. Work was done well and is just what we wanted. They paid particular attention to proper slope drainage. A big thank you to Bunnell's for making the process so easy!

Yelp5Called three companies for gutters and Bunnell's was the only company that got back to me. They came the next day to do a walk through and I had an estimate that day. They came out to complete the work within the week and did a beautiful job. I can't say enough about how great this company is. Thank you so much for your fair estimate, your professionalism, and fitting in the house so quick.

Google5The folks at Bunnell's Overhead Door, Inc are absolutely hands down amazing to work with. Excellent communication, prompt service. Just wow! Our main bay doors spring broke in half (12/29) and without use of that bay door our large hoist is down. Without our large hoist we are essentially shut down. We were without a door one day only. Their technician was here today (12/30), fixed it quickly, is super friendly ... We are extremely grateful for the very fast & friendly service. THANK YOU!!! A++++++++

Google1Have used Bunnell's for my garage door repairs several times over the years. Don't know if Kevin and Pam are still there or not. In the past when Pam said she will call you back within a certain time frame, she always called back. I called this morning about a repair at 8:00 .Its been 3 1/2 hours later and still haven't heard from them. What happened to the great customer service they have provided in the past. (I didn't get to talk to Pam.)

Google5I have used Bunnell's in the past with excellent results and customer service. I called them two days ago because a garage door was acting up on a rental house in Sutherlin. I was assuming I needed a whole new garage door opener but to my surprise they looked at it and all it was is the bottom rubber seal of the door on the concrete was sticking to the concrete. It ended up only being the sticky bottom seal and nothing wrong with the opener. I asked how much and they told me since they had a tech in Sutherlin and he was only there like 10-min. they wouldn't be charging me. This is a company that does the right thing and has a conscious. I truly appreciate working with an honest company. Thank you, Clint Chrz

Yelp5I think the best way to say THANK YOU ! Is to write a review so people know how incredible they are at Bunnell's! I had an emergency at 4:45 PM w/ my electric garage door (stuck 1/2 way open - long story short) I was in a major panic ! I called Bunnell's & Crystal was an immediate calming force ( thank you Crystal ) she deployed Jason to the rescue! He provided emergency repairs after hours .....all with a smile! I was struck by their professionalism & kindness from the moment Crystal answered the phone! Jason fixed it 1-2-3 ! They are AMAZING!!!!
