Had plenty of help walk right by me so I had to Google what I needed to know what to purchase. I have been shopping there a lot for the past week and I have had the worse customer care at this site. On Halloween I stood near a man who was helping a lady with blinds, I needed some flooring. The lady customer was getting help from two employees, and when the HD employee was done with her he walked over to some customers that walked in after me and helped them before assisting me.

Very unprofessional and uneducated. Called in about a few parts that I needed for installing an AC unit, representative had no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to assist me, you could tell they were just trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Had this experience the last two times as well, so, tie to let prior know how awful this place is. In need of people who actually want to do their job.

Costumer service is terrible. Can't get them to sell me counter tops. Went in with dimensions and money and they told me to make an appointment. Scheduled an inconvenient appointment because I need new counter tops. Showed up for the appointment and waited for 30 minutes. The guy never showed up to the appointment they paged him and still never showed up. Ridiculous! If I had done this at my job I would be looking for a new one.
