Bought a house sight unseen in Myrtle Creek OR and learned the garage door was not working from an inspection. Did a garage door repair search of Myrtle Creek and was pleased to find Mike's service. Mike showed up and restored life into the old Craftsman double door lift and gave me an exellent tutorial on the unit and programmed the keyless entry, which was going to be my only entry, then later I found two remotes and after replacing the batteries in both, one came to life, but not the other. I called Mike and he walked me through getting the remote relearned over the phone. The opener worked flawlessly for a dozen days then today it developed a mind of its own both opening and sometimes closing all on its own. Another call to Mike and again he walked me through troubleshooting for recovery over the phone. He is so experienced he can describe the process over the phone in such a way that anyone can follow along and make their own diagnostics and repair.
