The servicemen were very friendly, courteous and professional. They immediately got to work and within a few hours I had a working garage door opener. Everything was explained to me and I was shown how to operate the equipment. I found the company on Angie's List and will definitely use them again if needed. Installers were personable and efficient. Install took around 4 hours including dismantling the old doors, installation and cleanup. Services Rendered: Installed 2 9x7 garage doors and 2 garage door openers

They were very prompt in coming to my house for an estimate. Within a week we decided to go ahead with the job. We have a double garage and had wooden doors that were coming apart. We scheduled the work and they showed up promptly on the scheduled day. It took them about 4-5 hours to remove the old doors and the hardware and replace them with new hardware and two new doors. They carted away all the old materials when they were through. They were very professional and I was very pleased with the job. It has been two years since I had the work done and the doors still work perfectly and look like new. Services Rendered: They removed my old garage doors and hardware and installed two new doors and hardware.

I stopped by the business and spoke with the secretary and she was very nice. She took my information down and promised they would get back to me. She let me know ahead of time they were slammed and it may be a week before they could get to my broken garage door. I assured her that would be fine. Within the exact time frame she promised, they contacted me to set an appointment. It did take one week which they assured was unusual, but for some reason they were super busy with workorders. They showed up on time, were very respectful, and professional. They replaced the spring above the garage door, actually had it in stock on the truck which doesn't always happen. They were in and out within an hour. I would do business with them again and recommend them to my friends. Services Rendered: Brownings garage service replaced the broken spring above my garage door so that the garage would work again. They also had a variety of remote options if I wanted to upgrade the remote I was using. (Mine is old apparently.) The two men that came out were professional and very respectful. The spring my garage door used was actually in stock on their truck, but they did tell me when that doesn't happen they have to go back and get the right spring. The lady that waited on me in the office was very professional and polite and took down my information for the service call. I would highly recommend using this company as I had a wonderful experience and will use them again!
