I am giving this store and the company two stars only because yesterday I had one person of intelligence help me while at this store. I purchase a hot water heater online. I was given the wrong product. Instead of a natural gas hot water heater, I was given something else. I tried to purchase another one and and they sent an outdoor instead of an indoor. I took that hot water heater back in exchange for one with a tank and was only given store credit. I then purchased a tank hot water heater and was told they could do same day installation. People at the store called the number, I called the number and never was given a return call about a plumber coming to install it. I called back and somehow, in the middle of all of this, it turns out they don't have a provider to install that in our area. How can so many incompetent people work with one company? I will not go back to work with these people on anything ever again. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
