My garage door spring broke at night. I called Eudy Door first thing the next morning. I spoke with Michael in the office. He said he had a tech in my area going to another job already. He said he would change the order of his stops because the next two he had after that were for property managers and could be done later in the day. He said his tech would be here between 9:30 and 10:30. Not too long after that Michael called me back and said that Eric would be here at 9:30. Eric arrived promptly at 9:30. Eric was friendly and honestly concerned for my problem. I had 2 cars trapped in the garage with a 12;00 appointment to get to. He replaced the broken spring. lubed all of the hinges and bearings in about an hour. Eric thanked me several times for using Eudy with sincerity and not sounding like he was doing it because his boss told him to. In a day when good customer service is rare, Michael and Eric showed that it still exists. Thank You Eudy for a job well done.

I choose Eudy Door off a recommendation from a friend. My garage door opener suddenly stopped working on Thursday. I pressed the button and nothing happened. Thankfully I was home. When I pressed the button there wasn't any sound. The light on the door opener button was very faint and blinking. I called Friday afternoon and explained what was happening and was told it was probably a circuit board and that would by around $300 and it won't be warranted. For a little more I could get a new garage door opener. I priced them at Lowes and considered doing it myself. When we first moved into our old house we installed it with a friend. Then I reconsidered and sticking to our budget we could get it installed for twice the price of the opener in a box at Lowes. So for only $635 we had a new opener installed including taxes and they took the old one away and disposed of it. I scheduled to have them come out the next working day, Monday. Our appointment was between 10-Noon and I was told it would be closer to 11. At 11am I got a call that said they were on their way in 30 minutes. At 11:30am as predicted Eric showed up. He was very professional. He said it would take about an hour and a half to install and he was done in that time. We now have a new garage door opener , 2 clickers, a wall mount with a lock switch and the ability to open and close the door with an app on our phones. I highly recommend Eudy Door for your garage door needs.

Eudy installed a new "Liftmaster" garage door opener for me about 3 years ago. Totally satisfied with the work, the price and prompt responses to recommended maintenance questions. I contacted "Michael" today as I had a problem-door was not responding to car or hand held remotes. I shopped this question around before contacting Michael, who is the long time owner of Eudy-no help. His response was immediate and concise-had I changed the light bulbs recently? Yes. Was it an LED bulb? Yes. Change it to a conventional bulb-the LED's can interfere with the signaling. Presto-worked like it was brand new-problem solved! Michael runs an old school business-he cares more about customer satisfaction than he does about his wallet. Eudy and Michael have my business for life!

I used this company back in 2020, they replaced the spring on my garage door. I am so happy to use them again today December 2023 to replace all 10 of my garage rollers with the same tech who worked on them back in 2020. JAZZ deserved awesome recognition for his friendliness and the quality of work. I will use Eudy Door Company again in the future and will recommend it to all my friends and neighbors. HONEST COMPANY! Referred by a friend and they did a great job fixing our garage door. Quote was provided over the phone and was honored. Had a couple other guys come out, by reputable companies with hundreds of 5 star reviews on google, only to arrive and behave like greasy car salesmen and try to either replace the entire garage door system or overcharge us-- later reducing their price when we declined and they spoke to their "supervisor". We cannot say how much we appreciate the honesty and promptness Eudy Door Co. provided us and will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Over priced and condescending. Purchased an opener from them years ago and has been noisy for many years. Charged me $150.00 to make four sprays of WD40! Did not cure the issue. I could have purchased a lot of WD40 for $150.00!!! Always lots of lip service and excuses. I guess this is their business model. There are other more reasonable and reliable garage door repair companies in the area. Do your homework before you hire.

Best price and a very honest company. I have used them in numerous occasions. Im a local realtor and highly recommend them. You'll be surprised how these other door companies can really scam you to make money of your needed repairs. Save yourself a headache. Hire them.

Thank You Eudy Door Co.! The spring broke on my garage door and I called them and asked them for an appointment to fix it. It was scheduled for the next day but rescheduled for the same afternoon. Jimmy Nguyen from Eudy came out and expertly replaced two of the springs and serviced the door for an incredibly reasonable price and it's perfect. I'm so, so grateful I found them (they were referred by another service provider). If you need garage door service this is definitely the company to call!

I was just thinking about this company and remembering that they did 3 houses for me since 2000. They are the best, the very, very best. So responsible and reasonable. The first time they came out in 2000, it was 112 degrees in Sacramento. I told the fellow that he could come back when it was cooler, but there was my old wood liftup door turned sideways and he insisted on doing the job and he did it perfectly. Second house, my daughter backed into the door and Eudy came out and replaced it, reasonably. Third house, the old door was just ugly and, again, Eudy was reasonably priced.

Great Service & Prices. Just had two broken springs replaced on older metal roll up double garage door. Technician, Jazz, replaced springs, checked door to make sure all hardware, hinges, rollers, etc., were secured and in good shape, lubricated parts, door and opener, now sounds and works like new again. Always happy with Eudy Door Co. Been using them for over 25 years on several investment properties for door replacements and service. Always Five Star Service and and always very fair pricing! Incredible service. Michael and Robert are very professional. We live in Somerset and the builder refused to replace the Wayne Dalton door since we were passed our one year warranty. He calls you back right away and schedules you quickly. I highly recommend him. Services Rendered: $150 for two universal remotes. It is an old unit, 1989. Another company wanted $950 to replace the whole unit. Eudy was very nice and honest. A few weeks later, a spring broke and the door would not open more than 5 inches. Eudy came out right away and fixed it. He is so nice.

Outstanding service. Jazz was here in less than 24 hours of my email through Angles List. The temperature was almost 100 degrees - miserable in our garage. He fixed the door, made some needed repairs and greased everything. Then he was able to sync my new car to the opener.
