Our garage door stopped working so my hubby found Othmane via Yelp and he's also local! He came out next morning and provided a free estimate. He had parts available and left to get them then returned very quick to fix our garage with a new spring. Othmane is professional, timely and organized. The quote was fair. We definitely recommend him for any garage service needs.

He is a great honest guy. I had him replace my garage door opener since then he is my to go guy for any maintenance. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. His prices are good and whenever I call him he schedule the service right away and show up same day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing service for their garage door.

I was referred to Help by a friend. Othmane arrived on time, was friendly and very honest. I had a broken spring, and after he replaced both springs, he performed other adjustments to make it perform better/quieter. We inquired about replacing our opener and he didn't push a sale. He told us we can get about 5 more years out of ours. You're going to get quality work, honesty and reasonable costs with this company. I will only use Help from now on and will refer him to my friends and family.

AMAZING 10/10! On a Sunday afternoon I managed to get my garage door to come off one of the tracks, get stuck halfway open, with the door at an angle so my car couldn't get out. Not only did this business answer when I called, they were able to get someone to my house within 30 minutes. Othmane was WONDERFUL. So kind and helpful. He worked his magic and in no time my garage door was working again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I called Help Garage Door because I had purchased a new opener and keypad and was having a hard time opening the garage. I was expecting them to come out and hook it up for us but Othmane simplified the steps for me over the phone and in less than 2 minutes my new opener and keypad were linked to my garage. This kind of service shows me that this business truly cares for its clients and it's not just money based. Thank you so much Othmane! Not only for this time but the help you provided us overnight a few years back when our garage broke down in the middle of the night. My garage springs snapped and I called my brother in law for advice. He referred me to Othmane on a Sunday late afternoon. He came right away within the hour and fixed our garage less than half the hour. He knows what he's doing and gives great advice.

I was able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours. My car was stuck in the garage and no way to get it out. I noticed that the problem was the spring had broke and said it was the wrong size. He replaced the spring in less than 45 min and had my garage working He was polite, knowledgeable and within know time, I was back on the road.

I accidentally backed my car into my garage. My friend referred me to Othmane! I texted him late in the evening. He happily came over that night and fixed my garage door. This is the second time I've used Othmane to fix my garage door and again very pleased with his service, timeliness and professionalism. He worked around my schedule, finished quickly and only charged the initial estimate even though he had to come twice. You won't be disappointed.
